San Carlos is located in the heart of Gulf Shores. The building is right on the beach, there are restaurants, stores and concerts at The Hangout in walking distance.

About the owner: We are a married couple who live outside Atlanta. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for almost 20 years. We love the area, the beach, the people and the food. We hope we'll live here one day soon, until then, we're happy to share our home with you.
Why the Owner Chose San Carlos: We love San Carlos - the building and the location. We have family who also owns in the building and after a few stays at their condo we knew we wanted to own here too. We sold another property on the beach so we could own in San Carlos. This 1224 square foot condo fits the bill for long or short term stays.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The location and the size of the unit were big factors. But the spacious balcony off the dining room and the master bedroom really sold us. We also love the privacy. Even though you're in a condo, the balcony is set up so you see only the Gulf.
