Welcome to our vacation home! Our impeccably maintained, two-story home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths is located in gated Venetian Bay Villages, a vacation oriented community offering all of the amenities of hotel style accommodations except that you have your own vacation home, fully furnished, totally private. Just seven miles from the entrance to Disney World, and convenient to ALL of Florida's best attractions.
We are in building 5, which is just steps away from the clubhouse and the large heated pool. Our townhouse is air conditioned with the addition of ceiling fans in every room.
Main Floor Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, large Bath with Whirlpool tub (wheelchair accessible). The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal. The eat-in kitchen allows for tremendous meal-time flexibility ... equipped with full-size appliances and stocked with everything needed to make your stay a perfect '10'
Upper bedrooms include a Queen Size Suite/ private bath, and 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds along with an additional bath, and separate in hallway sink and makeup mirror. Washer and Dryer on this level for convenience.
Our home has 4 TV's with cable, VCR/DVD. We have high speed internet and free WIFI thoughout, as well as free local and long distance phone service for the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
We now provide, upon request, a Pak'N Play and high chair our littlest guests, so they can vacation in comfort!
Very close to Big Shopping Centre (Loop) 4 miles and Walmart (1 mile).

We booked this condo on very short notice, approximately 2 weeks prior to arrival (which was also spring break). I had looked for days and thankfully I found this property. The owners were very easy to work with and were very helpful! This property was listed at a great price and had plenty of room for our family, which included our teenage daughter and my 75 year old mother. It did take us a few minutes to find the condo, even knowing which building it was in. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The photos on the website were exactly what we found on arrival. The guards at the front gate are very helpful. The woman in the office was not nice at all but perhaps it was an off day. We only dealt with her one time getting our parking pass for the week. The beds were not very comfortable but the master bathroom has an AMAZING, deep jetted tub which helped make up for the uncomfortable bed. Overall, everyone was happy. It took us approx 15 minutes to get to the Disney parks and there were LOTS of restaurants within 5-10 minutes from the condo such as Denny's, IHOP, Uno Pizza, Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden and many more. Note: our experience at Macaroni Grill was not good. Food was great! Service was terrible. I would recommend this property and we will keep them in mind for future trips. Thank you for a great stay!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you very much for your review. Regarding the mattresses, I have place an order to replace two mattresses. The mattress in the master bedroom and one other room will be replaced by the first week of May 2013. Furthermore, we have just upgraded all the rooms with new decorations and bed linens. As for the "woman at the office", she works for the condo association, I will forward your comments to the Management of the Condo Association.
