Located on Lower Patten Pond, just five miles from Ellsworth and three miles to Surry, this ideal location offers convenient access to Blue Hill, Acadia National Park, and Ellsworth shopping/restaurants.
This 2003 built, Cape Cod, 2200-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath cottage sits only 105 feet from Patten Pond and is located in an upscale subdivision. This property offers a wonderful patio room with concrete floor ideal for entertaining. The rest of the house boasts oak hardwood floors throughout and a beautiful tile kitchen floor and quartz countertops.
Relax in front of the remote-controlled, gas, stone fireplace that allows you to see between the kitchen and living room. The home has a railed balcony overlooking the living room. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds and two sets of over/under bunk beds. Much of the furniture is made from cedar or pine logs providing a true "northwoods" lakefront home atmosphere.
Facing southwest, the sunsets over the lack are magnificent. This cottage sits on two-and-one-half acres with 400 feet of waterfront ideal for swimming and boating. Nature lovers enjoy this lake for its peacefulness and the cove location is teaming with wildlife including an active beaver lodge. The cove warms early and is wonderful for swimming from the boat launch or the swimming dock with ladder.
Being the only house on the cove makes for a very private setting. We are two miles to the boat access for the lake and three miles to the Surry landing for saltwater boaters. Contact us for other websites with more pictures.
