Romantic, one bedroom condo with your deck overlooking the breaking waves on the rocks directly below. Lie in your bed and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. The very private balcony looks down the coastline and out to the Sea of Cortez. This is the ideal spot for your honeymoon or a romantic get-away.

This is a newly remodeled, cozy, one bedroom condo with all new furnishings. The living room looks directly out to the sea and has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen with marble countertops includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove top, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and all needed utensils. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and louvered doors that open to the living area and to the sounds of the waves. The bath offers a shower with all marble surround and countertops. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are available for warmer times of the year. Maid service is available for a additional fee.

This condo is in the Misiones Resort located about three miles from the town of Cabo San Lucas. It is located on a point overlooking the ocean and harbor of Cabo San Lucas with cliffs that provide the ultimate view. Just below your condo is a secluded beach along a small natural cove ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing, with a rental facility providing snorkel equipment or kayaks. Towards the town is one of the few surfing beaches in the area. There are two large pools with swim up bars and one with food service - Great lunch tacos! There are two tennis courts on the grounds.

There is one restaurant next to the resort, the Sunset da Mona Lisa, one of the finer restaurants in all Cabo with it's spectacular terraces for watching sunsets before having your evening meal. There is a reception desk that can make all your arrangements for other activities available in the Cabo area. Misiones offers a great place for a quiet private vacation, but only a short drive to all the many activities in town.

Prior to your vacation, we will provide you with a packet of information regarding the condo, the local area, restaurants, and other useful hints to help you enjoy your time in Cabo.

Christmas and New Years week ... $300.00 per night $2000.00/wk.
Rental payment policy is 50% down at time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due
30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is not refundable unless we are able to
rebook your dates.  If so, we will refund the amount equivalent to the # of nights
rented less a $200.00 cancellation fee. $100.00 fee for stays of less than 1 week.

  • We stayed at this condo at the end of March, and we couldn't have been more thrilled. The condo is on the top floor (3rd) the building right at the edge of the water, so the view is of the ocean, and the rocks below. The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks is enough to make me want to come back to this exact condo, but add everything else in, and it is unbeatable. The condo is comfortable, very nicely furnished, and just right for a romantic getaway for two. The balcony is totally private too. The sweet and friendly neighbors who live there nearly year round also make this spot desirable. The kitchen has all you need to enjoy some lunches and dinners at home. There are two different beaches which are secluded, and only used by the people at the property, so they are more quiet and relaxing. We stayed for nine nights, and didn't want to leave.   • We LOVE this place. This December will be our 5th time back. You can see the sunrise from your bed or deck, listen to the water coming in over the rocks, and walk down steps to a swimming and snorkeling beach. It's really quite perfect. The best condo in the complex. You truly are right on the water. The owners are great, too.

  • This condo should be the place for everyone's honeymoon. It is so private and romantic with the views and sounds of the ocean. Stress melts away. It is well appointed and very comfortable.

  • We stayed here in February of 2009. WOW! The view was perfect, the place was beautiful,the owners were great. It doesn't get any better unless we are able to go again!! The only drawback is if you can't do stirs. 3 short flights of stairs.
