Ski Time Square Condominiums are located in the heart of the ski village. Shopping, dining, nightlife and après ski entertainment are just steps away. This Super studio plus loft, two-bathroom condominium is conveniently located across the street from the slopes and the Christie chair lift.
This spacious studio condo(830 sf) has 2 bathrooms and 3 levels. The condo is located just 75 yards to the Christie lift. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and entertainment choices that are all within walking distance, a welcome to tired legs and sore feet.
The condo faces a Burgess Creek with a beautiful mountain and forest view. The condo features its own private entrance and is located on the ground floor at the east end of the building for privacy and convenient check-in/out, close to the slopes, bike storage at condo, and there is not a condo directly above you!!!
This tastefully decorated condo features 3 levels with an open loft, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms, wood floors and an in-unit washer and dryer. A sofa sleeper in the living area provides for added sleeping space. The living space has a 32" LCD TV, gas fireplace, stereo and DVD player. The loft also has a LCD TV.
What's a mountain vacation without the hot tub and sauna? Yes! there are 2 hot tubs, 1 indoor and the other outdoor. The sauna is a "real" one, allowing for steam to soothe the mind and body. Private ski lockers, snack and pop machines and a full laundry center located just steps away from your condo. You won't be disappointed.

Originally from Southern California, we decided that we wanted to raise our family in a small mountain community...... Lucky enough to visit the Yampa Valley during the holiday's in 1990 we knew right away that Steamboat Springs was for us. It's a super community rich in history, traditions,and family. Not to mention that in Steamboat... for every 85 residents...there is 1 Olympian....Crazy! Steamboat is a place where family and quality of life top most folks list. I know if you ever get a chance to visit you won't be disappointed. Time is a bit slower here....indulge and treat yourselves. Unlike large reservation and property management companies we are your direct contact with our properties. You deal with us every time all the time.

Look no further if you're wanting a great condo in the ski village. Definitely worth the money. We stayed here when we visited Steamboat for the Octoberfest celebration. Walked everywhere.... and free bus really close. I/we recommend this condo for your visit also.

All that I have to say is that the condo is absolutley beautiful. It's better than the photos,everyhting we could have ever wanted is here................. and it is all top notch right down to the kitchen, tv and internet. My wife and I decided last minute to ski Steamboat at end of the season...April 7th to the 10th. Ed's place was well stocked, clean and the perfect location. Walking distance to the village and close to the free City bus pick up. Thanks Ed for answering all of our questions and making us feel like family. Truly appreciated. Janice and I will be back!! Maybe this summer ;)

Excellent property.....priced a little higher than others we looked, but worth the money. My wife and I had booked "a deal/package" from Mt. Resorts for 5 nights at this same property. Once we check in the place was a pit...old furnishings, carpet had stains and the place was worn out and stinky. Well we asked for our money back and starting looking again as now we were in a bind. Another guest at the Mt. Resorts front desk suggested that we try VRBO. Or lucky day....I call this listing, it was available and Ed(the owner) was happy to meet us at the condo and show us his place. Well one look and we were in. Clean, modern, fresh and right on Burgess Creek...We were home. The visit to Steamboat was a huge success...thanks Ed and Lauren for providing a super rental. Great location in the Steamboat ski village. My husband and I spent a marvelous week staying in Ed's condo. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great place to stay while on a ski vacation. Thanks for all your help and suggestions making our trip memorable again. We've stayed at this condo 3 years in a row now.

We stayed at this property January 14th-21st for our honeymoon. The place is EXACTLY as pictured and reviewed. It is very well located with at least four good to great restaurants within walking distance. Also, it is close to the free bus line for downtown Steamboat. If you stay here, a car is not necessary. The condo was very clean, well maintained and had everything needed (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, linens etc.) for a week's stay. Ed, the owner was very easy to work with. He graciously answered my many calls and email inquiries. He provided us with detailed driving directions and instructions and locations for everything in the condo. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone!

We can't say enough.....perfect location, nicely appointed, super clean. and fairly priced. My wife and I have been visiting Steamboat for years....always looking for a deal, great location, with all amenities we could find.....you know how it goes!! This condo is the one for us. We just booked again for later in the summer. The condo is a short(and I mean short) walk to the Christie lift, Tugboat, the Lift(for coffee) and many nice restaurants. Underground parking, and the quiet location tops it off.
