This home is right on the beach with a spectacular 180-degree view of the beautiful bay from Monterey/Carmel to Santa Cruz, 18-hole championship golf course fourth of a mile away which is open to the public, and numerous quality restaurants. Beach and surf are right out front.
Enjoy the peaceful setting and beautiful sunsets with the sound of the ocean throughout the home. This one-story vacation home sleeps seven to eight persons. It includes white-washed, open-beamed ceilings throughout.
Run of the house three bedrooms, four bath, and a loft. Huge deck on ocean side. Sorry, not pets. For those who smoke, please do so outside only.

A Perfect Girls Getaway!

My three sisters and I, our 90 year old mother and 88 year old auntie, spent four days enjoying this beautiful beach home where we could enjoy each other and fabulous surroundings. We get together every year at a beach location, and have been in some very nice homes, but this beach home is by far the best we've enjoyed. Having four bathrooms and plenty of beds for the six of us "girls" was a bonus we thoroughly appreciated. I would recommend this home to anyone who loves unparalled ocean views and access to miles of beach at their front door. We will return to this beach oasis again as it earns an A+ in our travel guide.

We loved this house! There were 2 families, each with small children and it worked out perfectly. The views couldn't get any better and the house itself was gorgeous. It is everything we were looking for in a beachhouse and more. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

We had the best family gathering at this rental beach home! This beach home has all the comforts one could possibly want or need, no matter what age you might be. One of the highlights of our vacation was a bonfire right on the beach. There where lots of board games, kites, surf boards, and lots of other items available. Sunsets where awesome. Listening to the waves of the ocean was very soothing. Beach was beautiful and very clean. Owner provided very good customer service. Property was very clean and everything was very well-maintaned. We would totally recommend this property to our other family members and our friends.

This was like visiting a favorite relatives home, welcoming, cozy, and you never want to leave. We needed a one story home that would accommodate a spry, 89 year old and room to invite the clan for my husbands 60th birthday celebration. We couldn't have had a more perfect weekend from the complete gourmet kitchen and anything you needed to entertain, ample comfy bedroom/baths, the loft and sunsets to remember the rest of our lives. The owner was more than gracious and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and the family has already voted for next year. We can't wait!!

We rented this beautiful home for a girls scrapbooking weekend....It was perfect, we got alot of work done and alot of resting also....the view is amazing..whales, dolphins and seals. We will definatly be back

We rented this spectacular beachfront rental for my mother's 80th birthday celebration. The house was so perfect and lovely. Very tastfully decorated and very modern kitchen including all amenities- looked recently remodeled. We were able to prepare a gourmet dinner for 15 with no problem. The owner is a delight to interact with. Couldn't have been better!
