Luxury for 2 (pillow top King in master bedroom new in 2011), our large condo is light, airy, continuously updated and meticulously cared for. Located in a quiet setting in the lower Village on Ekahi's Greenbelt, 10E is just a 2 min nearly level walk to the beach gate and ocean front pool). Cool breezes, tropical flowers, birds and the colors of Maui greet you every day from this beautiful condo.
Managed directly by the owner who lives in the unit several months a year, you won't find a more tranquil unit on Ekahi's famous green belt. We provide a local contact who knows the condo well for your immediate needs. Enjoy our owner touches from orchids, to complimentary WiFi, to our guide to area resources and books.
Our large kitchen has plenty of counter space, newer appliances, bar sitting and even views of the green belt and entry. It is open to the living area so the cook is never out of the action. Our King bedroom also opens onto our huge lanai and has an ensuite bath and dressing area. The second bath also has a remodeled walk-in shower and full dressing area - perfect for couples who want his and her facilities for longer stays.
For stays of less than 7 nights add $175 cleaning fee. 1/2 day fee for early/late check-in/out if available. Complimentary mid-stay clean for stays of two weeks or longer.

About: Jim & Mary from Seattle have long been owners at Ekahi Village but only recently have begun to manage their own condo as a rental too. We are a nearly level 2 minute walk from Ekahi's spectacular ocean front pool and pavilion and private gated access to Keawakapu beach. The vibrant colors, singing of Hawaii's unique birds, gentle trade winds and spectacular blues of the ocean and white sands of the beach mean Ekahi is year round tropical paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Just a few hours from the US west coast means we can come and go easily and often. We hope you will too. Ekahi is unique to Wailea in that not every inch of the property is built on. We have nearly 40 acres of grounds but only 1/4 of them have buildings.
