Recently Remodeled with New Kitchen Cabinets and Counter Tops.
Also I completely replaced the floors with New Tile throughout to give the Condo a very clean look.
Enjoy the view from this 3rd floor Deluxe Condo directly onto the beach. Sit out on you private patio and enjoy an early sunrise or watch the stars at night.
There is plenty of elbowroom in this condo. Starting with a large den with its wrap around couch(with hide-away bed), to the dinning area, and finally a SPACIOUS RECENTLY RENOVATED KITCHEN (NEW CABINETS, APPLIANCES, AND TILE COUNTER TOPS)!!! The unit has 2 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom faces the Gulf of Mexico through a wall of windows and has a "NEW" King Size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double & twin bed.
There is also a queen size fold out couch in the den. Both bedrooms have a full bath. There is Cable TV (with HBO) in each bedroom and in the den. There is a DVD\VCR COMBO(In the LR) and a VCR(In both the Master BR & the 2nd BR) for your enjoyment. The oversized kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a large meal if you don't want to go out to one of the many close by restaurants.
The complex is a Casual 5 story building. There is a large Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, Sun Deck, Tennis Court, and Barbecue area with grills available at no charge. The complex has all the amenities of home with coin operated wash machines and dryers. Most important there is a staffed office on the property. Just go downstairs for friendly help, free towel exchange, or just directions to a good restaurant. All in all you can just leave your troubles behind and enjoy your stay.
