Arguably the best location on the mountain, our condo is at the base of Squaw Valley and faces KT-22. Walk out the door and get on the tram or chair lift. First floor location is truly Ski/In Ski/Out. Drop your skis by the outside window and run in for lunch!
After a day of skiing, relax in one of two huge outdoor hot tubs, or four indoor ones. Or, take a Steam or Sauna after a workout in the gym. We have flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom and a nice feather bed to make the sofa sleeper even more comfy.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full size refrigerator, convection oven, four burner stove and dishwasher. We supply a crock pot too. There is a comfortable sofabed (with Feather Bed to lay on top of) and a queen size bed.
Walk to fine dining and shopping at The Village.
There is attached covered parking or take a Shuttle from Reno Airport!

This property is exactly as described! Truly ski-in/ski-out and right next to K-22 lift. The condo is a corner unit, and right around the corner is the door to the slopes. Very dog friendly - our 2 labs had a blast playing in the snow. Condo was super cozy and bed was VERY comfy! Can't say enough good things about the renters/owners! Email contact was very quick and they are very flexible and accommodating! Would recommend to family and friends!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
