Our luxury spacious 3 bedroom home is a two story detached house - WITH FREE INTERNATIONAL AND LOND DISTANCE PHONE CALLS AND FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS - with Florida screen enclosed heated private 28x14ft pool with under water multi-coloured lights and 2200ft of living space.

We are situated just 10 min from Disney at Liberty Village next to Eagle Pointe within a quiet cul-de-sac. It is an exclusive private community on Poinciana Blvd just off HWY192 marker 11 Kissimmee-Orlando.

GAMES ROOM complete with pool table, CD and radio player, Cable TV and Play Station 2 with games. We also have a selection of board games for all ages.

MASTER BEDROOM is very large with king-size bed, Cable TV, DVD player and Telephone. Private full bathroom is complete with bath and shower stall basin and toilet. The views over the pool and the tree lined reserve are truly lovely

Large walk in closet/Nursery with large crib, stroller, high chair and stair gates and all linen, this is a separate room off the master bed room and is ideal for a nursery

2nd BEDROOM has a queen-size bed, built in wardrobe, cable TV and a radio clock and overlooks the pool with views to the nature reserve

3rd BEDROOM Which is a Disney Themed Bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobe and is situated to the front of the house. It is ideal for putting the children to bed while the adults relax around the pool at night

The ground floor entrance hall opens out in to a large family room and separate half bath complete with toilet and basin.

LOUNGE this large family room has two sofa's one of which doubles as a bed sofa, coffee table, cable TV, DVD, Large Stereo system with six stack CD player and telephone. A collection of DVDs and CD have been provided for your entertainment
T.V also has the Fox sports channel with English football

DINING ROOM is a separate formal dining area with views over the pool. it has a lovely wooden table with six table settings.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN this spacious kitchen has all the amenities you require. Lots of cupboard space, cooker and oven/stove, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all utensils. it also opens out into a breakfast bar.

LARDER AND UTILITY ROOM this large area has a washing machine and tumble dryer. we have an ironing board and iron and a full compliment of fresh towels and linen. we also provide poolside towels for your usage. For our younger renters we also provide a portable crib (in the nursery), high chair and stair gates.

PRIVATE POOL this picturesque heated pool 28x14ft is southeast facing and has been fully enclosed within a Florida fly screen large patio/pool deck area the multi coloured under water lights are spectacular. We have quality poolside furniture and pool toys. The views over the lake and wooded reserve are truly beautiful

Our house is fully air conditioned and delightfully furnished with picturesque views over the lake and wooded nature reserve which backs on to our house. The private pool is fully heated and is not over looked. We are close to all amenities with the Wal Mart supermarket open 24/7 just a short drive away.

For the golfers in the family there are several championship courses in the area which will challenge the best of you. There is horse riding and The Green Meadows Petting Farm next to our estate. Only 5mins away Boggy creek tours will take you on an air boat tour showing you all the native wild life Florida has to offer-spectacular

  • Thank you for making our family vacation such an enjoyable experience! The location of your home was perfect because it's so close to all the amusement parks. We arrived back home a few weeks ago and not a day goes by, when we don't think about our stay in your beautiful home. As soon as I set foot in your home, it felt like HOME away from home. The photos on the website portrayed your home exactly the way it is. For those of you who are considering to rent this home, I have to honestly say the owners took a lot of time and effort considering the needs of their guests.   • Dear Andrew and Tracey We have just arrived back in the UK after our vacation in Florida this year. I would like to say thank you for the use of your beautiful villa during our stay. The location was close to all the parks and the shops and we had a fantastic time. The villa was exactly as it is portrayed on the website - very spacious and immaculate. We stayed at Cumbrian Lakes last year so knew the area. Weather was a bit wetter than last year though, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves :-) Again, thank you for the use of the villa and giving us a base to have a fantastic vacation.   • Mr & Mrs Marshall- Just wanted to let you know we have had a WONDERFUL vacation here. Thanks so much for the use of your home. It was so spacious and beautiful. We were very anxious since we have never rented anything except a hotel room before now. This was a wonderful experience!!! The pictures on the website portrayed your home perfectly!! I especially enjoyed the large kitchen and utility room!! I really am going to enjoy having all my laundry finished when I get home!! It has rained a couple of afternoons and we enjoyed the pool table and living room!! Our son, 5, and my brother, 18, has enjoyed the Playstation 2 everyday of our trip!! We even cut a couple of days of our park visits just to enjoy the pool and house!! Thanks again!! We also enjoyed using the stroller and the high chair made meals much easier for us. The only problems for us is we need a few more days off to enjoy!!! One more thing-location is awesome.   • We had a wonderful vacation which would not have been nearly as nice without staying at your home. It was so nice to be able to come "home" and stretch out after a busy day in the parks. We found everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and game room. I loved the kitchen and laundry areas. So nice not to come home with a week's worth of dirty laundry!     My family thoroughly enjoyed their 9 day stay in your beautiful and well planned house that caters so well for the kids. both my grandkids(6 & 3) enjoyed the DVDs,boardgames and especially the heated pool.(there were 8 of us in the family). I loved the kitchen and laundry, and the central air-conditioning made our stay most comfortable. The house is also located close to the theme parks and major factory shopping outlets, to wallmart for groceries and food outlets like Taco Bell. I hop etc. which made it very convenient for quick meals. We will definately highly recommend this home to our friends in Melbourne Australia. Thank you for the thoughtful provision for all our needs and god bless
