This vacation rental was everything that we hoped for! It was close to everything, minutes to all of the Disney attractions as well as Sea World, Discovery Cove and shopping. Highway 192 is only a short 5 minutes away and if you need it or want it, you will find it on 192! Having a house was wonderful, the game room and the swimming pool were perfect to unwind after a long day. I only wished that we scheduled a "down" day to just enjoy the home! The management company that the owners use are easy to deal with. We had a leaking washing machine when we checked in and it was fixed immediately. No worries there! I would absolutely stay here again!!!!!

Liberty Village rental.

I stayed in the villa during the last 2 weeks of August 2011 with my wife, 2 children (10yrs,6yrs) and my wifes parents. LOCATION The villa is perfectly located being only a 10-15 minute drive to all the main Disney parks and with easy access to highway 192 with loads of bars/ all you can eat great value restaurants (approx 7-8 minute drive), There is also a huge supermarket only 5-6 minutes drive away. It is on a quiet, well looked after estate in a small cul de sac, with nature pond directly outside of the villa. It felt really relaxed during our stay in the villa and it was a lovely place to come back to after hectic days at the parks. THE VILLA The decor inside the villa was i would describe as modern and comfortable (exactly as it appears in the pictures). The bedrooms rooms were all good sizes and the master suite was probably the biggest bedroom i have ever stayed in. The pool table on the upstairs landing was a great bonus and we had many fun nights using it. The living, dining room and kitchen were all ideal sizes. There was also a large utility room with great washing/drying/storage facilities leading from the kitchen. The swimming pool at the rear which faces over to a pond was great. It was bigger than the average size pool, was very clean, and was a great place to relax. It had sun most of the day up until early evening. OVERALL. I notice in a previous review where someone commented on the blinds/carpets etc. The only VERY MINOR issues we had were the blinds between the dining room and pool, as a couple were broken (probably down to misuse by a family). This has clearly been rectified by the owners. Speaking of the owners....Booking the villa through Andrew and Tracey was hassle free and very easy. They were very friendly during all correspondence. I would recommend the villa to family and friends and would gladly stay there again in the future. It was a lovely clean beautiful home which was perfect for our needs.

Disney Vacation

I was very surprised upon my arrival. The house was not at all what I saw in the pictures. It was not very clean to me, we asked for someone to come out to inspect the house upon going in they said they would get someone out there they never did,. We did not want to be responsible for any of the damages we saw to the house, like the broken window blinds in almost every room. The bed in the master bed room squeaked so bad my husband slept on the floor and I shared the twin room with my niece. I have rented several homes for vacations and this is the first one that did you starter items. This home does not give you any of the things you would need like wash clothes , toilet paper or garbage bags. what ever toilet paper was left when the last family left is all you get, so make sure you take every thing you may need before going in including wash clothes, they do not supply them. There was so much mildew on the window you literally could not see out of it. The carpet was extremely dirty with stains all over it, and if you are looking for a smoke house, keep looking when I opened the door I could smell the smoke and after I called and complained about the smell they said it was a smoke free house, I asked again could someone come out and smell the house and tell me they do not smell cigarette smoke , again no one came. To make matters worst as I said my husband slept on the floor, he found a cigarette but under the bed. The owners of this home lives in the UK, in my opinion they need to fire the management company that looks after this house for them. I did not have my computer with me and have access to the owner's e-mail address or I would've contacted them, they were very accommodating during the rental process I am sure they would've been just as helpful with these issues. .

Owner response:We are so sorry that these guests did not enjoy there stay, we take great care to ensure our villa is kept up to the highest standard. The cleaners go in after every stay to fully clean ready for our next guests. Our M/C called round on the Sunday of there stay and spoke to the guests. They were informed the face cloths are a personal item and we do not supply these, which it states in our terms and conditions, we do supply 1 toilet roll for each toilet and we leave any washing liquids or powders for future guests to use. With reguards to the bed, this is the first time we have been notified of any problems and this situation as been resolved. The windows and fly screens are cleaned every month but due to the humidity mildew can build up quite quickly. Our villa is a non smoking and pet free enviroment, we rely on the integrity of our guests to honour this. We have carried out a special deep clean of the villa due to this complaint.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Everything was exactly as stated. Location was fantastic. We've been to FL several times before and know our way around pretty well, but even if we didn't, the location of this home made it very easy to find attractions and restaurants. We still felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle of the 192 traffic. I would definitely recommend this home.

We stayed in this home in fall of 2008. We absolutely loved it. Possibly going back in Fall 2011 again. Don't waste your money on a hotel, the house was so perfect for our family. It was so relaxing to go back to a home at night and rest the muscles in the heated pool to get ready for walking at the next park the next day. Loved, loved, loved it!!!

Thank you for making our family vacation such an enjoyable experience! The location of your home was perfect because it's so close to all the amusement parks. We arrived back home a few weeks ago and not a day goes by, when we don't think about our stay in your beautiful home. As soon as I set foot in your home, it felt like HOME away from home. The photos on the website portrayed your home exactly the way it is. For those of you who are considering to rent this home, I have to honestly say the owners took a lot of time and effort considering the needs of their guests. Dear Andrew and Tracey We have just arrived back in the UK after our vacation in Florida this year. I would like to say thank you for the use of your beautiful villa during our stay. The location was close to all the parks and the shops and we had a fantastic time. The villa was exactly as it is portrayed on the website - very spacious and immaculate. We stayed at Cumbrian Lakes last year so knew the area. Weather was a bit wetter than last year though, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves :-) Again, thank you for the use of the villa and giving us a base to have a fantastic vacation. We just returned home from a 7 night stay at this villa and it was everything we hoped it would be. We were in Orlando on a working vacation and coming back to this villa at the end of the day to unwind and relax was great. In the past we have stayed at a condo while in Orlando, but staying at the villa was SO much better. There were at least 4 tv's, enough for movies, video games, or just watching tv, a pool table which was a great form of entertainment and of course the swimming pool that was so nice to use on those warm, humid days. The kitchen is very large, so no problem with too many cooks in the kitchen here!! The laundry room was very large and contained several shelfs, ice chest, pool towels, iron and ironing board for those who just have to iron. The house even has a crib, high chair and stair gate, so it's set up for little ones as well. The villa is very close to many eating establishments, shopping and of course all of the major attractions in the Orlando area. The owners of the villa were extremely nice to work with and repsonded to all inquiries very promplty. We would definitely recommend this vacation villa to others and plan to rent it again next fall while we are in Orlando.

Mr & Mrs Marshall- Just wanted to let you know we have had a WONDERFUL vacation here. Thanks so much for the use of your home. It was so spacious and beautiful. We were very anxious since we have never rented anything except a hotel room before now. This was a wonderful experience!!! The pictures on the website portrayed your home perfectly!! I especially enjoyed the large kitchen and utility room!! I really am going to enjoy having all my laundry finished when I get home!! It has rained a couple of afternoons and we enjoyed the pool table and living room!! Our son, 5, and my brother, 18, has enjoyed the Playstation 2 everyday of our trip!! We even cut a couple of days of our park visits just to enjoy the pool and house!! Thanks again!! We also enjoyed using the stroller and the high chair made meals much easier for us. The only problems for us is we need a few more days off to enjoy!!! One more thing-location is awesome. We had a wonderful vacation which would not have been nearly as nice without staying at your home. It was so nice to be able to come "home" and stretch out after a busy day in the parks. We found everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and game room. I loved the kitchen and laundry areas. So nice not to come home with a week's worth of dirty laundry! My family thoroughly enjoyed their 9 day stay in your beautiful and well planned house that caters so well for the kids. both my grandkids(6 & 3) enjoyed the DVDs,boardgames and especially the heated pool.(there were 8 of us in the family). I loved the kitchen and laundry, and the central air-conditioning made our stay most comfortable. The house is also located close to the theme parks and major factory shopping outlets, to wallmart for groceries and food outlets like Taco Bell. I hop etc. which made it very convenient for quick meals. We will definately highly recommend this home to our friends in Melbourne Australia. My family and I love the location of our home it is very quite, and not over looked, so its great to have a nice quite drink by the pool at night. Plus 5 mins down the road theres Critters farm which is a great half day outing for the younger children, where they can play and hold the small animals and feed the goats and even have a pony ride, and if your into horse riding their are stables just 10mins down the road. All the Disney attractions are only 10 mins away with Old Town just around the corner. A short Taxi ride will take you to Medival Times so you will be able to let your hair down and have a drink. There are also some fantastic golf courses around the area so bring your clubs for a holiday of a life time.
