We are ready for the Fall and Winter season with new wireless high speed internet access and free long distance phone service!

Come enjoy Florida's amazing Emerald Coast in the popular beach community of Summer's Edge! Tucked in between HWY 30-A and the Gulf of Mexico, this great, family neighborhood will remind you of Seaside, but there are no major roads to cross to get to the beach!

"Beachy Keen" will make you feel right at home with large porches for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and Florida breezes. The upstairs balcony is screened in and has fans to cool you off and even a swing for relaxing.

Come on in downstairs and you will find a stunning yet comfortable living room, dining room, and state of the art kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Laundry room is just off the kitchen for your convenience. There is a downstairs master with a queen-size bed and private TV/DVD. Peek in the downstairs closet and you'll find a folding kid's table and chairs that you can take anywhere in the house to add extra kid sized dining space.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath. There is another large bedroom room with two sets of bunk beds and trundle beds under each to sleep a total of six. Joining these two rooms is a den with TV and sleeper sofa. Kids can stay busy on a rainy day with playstation or any of the games and movies provided.

While you're there don't forget to check out our storage area in back. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys, and even a cart to help you get all of your stuff to the beach!

  • We've stayed at a lot of different condos and houses along the Gulf Coast, and Beachy Keen is definitely our FAVORITE! We love the old-fashioned street and the big porches (so relaxing!), and we love the layout and style of the house, which is very open and welcoming. Also, we always rent bikes and ride up and down the paved trails along 30-A to Seaside one way and to Rosemary Beach the other, and there are TONS of great restaurants in the immediate area where you can stop and eat. The beach and the two pools are great, and they're never too crowded. We never want to leave, and look forward to the next time we can come back!!

  • We went to Seagrove Beach with some friends who also rented a house in Summer's Edge. Beachy King was great. The house if beautiful and perfect for our family. We had such a great time going to the pool and the beach, riding bikes, cooking out, eating out, having sleep-overs with our friends who were staying down the street. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is great. Enjoyed just sitting on the porch with a cocktail and watching the people go by. Can't wait to come back in June this year! We're bringing our relatives from Indiana so that they can see where the best beaches are and the best place for a vacation is!

    Our family loves to go to the beach! The kids love the pool and the ocean and riding their scooters in front of the house. They think Eastern Lake is really neat to walk to and play in also. My husband and I love the golf courses and all of the great seafood at nearby resturants and of course relaxing at the beach. We have such a great time when we stay at "Beachy Keen" that we don't want to leave! We hope you will feel the same way! The Baileys
