Luxury Golf Villa located in Sunset Village at the 27 hole Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. Sunset Beach is small town charm with unspoilt beaches yet only a short drive from all the excitement of the Grand Strand.
The lounge, dining area and bedrooms are fully carpeted and there is ceramic floor tiling in the hall, kitchen and bathrooms. There is a king-size bed in the master, a queen in the second and twin beds in the third. The villa is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Ceiling fans and smoke alarms are installed. Linens, towels, and toiletries included.
There is a 32" TV and DVD/VCR player in the lounge and a second TV in the master bedroom, both rooms have access to the rear porch where a magnificent view of the golf course can be enjoyed.
Relax in either of the two pools or play tennis. And of course there is the golf, numerous courses in the area including Sea Trail, The Pearl, The Thistle, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay, Crow Creek, Calabash, Farmstead, Meadowlands and Brunswick Plantation.
