East Hampton house description
Our Five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is a one mile walk to East Hampton main street, and less than three miles to the beaches of East Hampton. The house with an lengthy driveway is located on a quite street that is great for kids at play, or they can use the swing set in the back yard. It has a heated gunite pool, and brick patio with a full size outdoor table and chairs and a propane barbeque located just outside the kitchen door, and central AC. There is also a patio located off of the Master bedroom where you can enjoy the sun, and watch the kids while enjoying a little time to yourself. The cooks kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The comfortable screened porch serves as a second living room. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a separate bathroom, mini-kitchen, and entrance, great for nannies or in-laws! The finished basement is perfect for watching TV, working out in the gym, or using as a kids playroom. Looking for a family who will love and care for our special home as much as we do. No pets allowed. We're looking to rent to someone for the month of August, but if your interested in renting for a week or two we may be negotiable.

- Nearest Beach: (with facilities) Two Mile Hollow beach at 3 Miles
Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: This house has been one of the best investments my wife an I have made. We use it on weekends all year and we love having the space for our twin boys, (18 months old).
Why the Owner Chose East Hampton:
My wife and I love this house and use it year round, but we have family trips to make in August so we rent it out for the month. The backyard is surrounded by trees and some woods to give you a sense of privacy and a high deer fence keeps the wildlife out.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We bought the home from a builder who lived in the house for 6 years before selling it to us (the house is 9 years old now). So everything is very well put together, including double hot water heaters so every shower in the house can run without losing water temp. The yard is also planned so there should be some flowers or trees in bloom all summer.
