This brand new three bedroom home is located in the Falcon Ridge development. This is a quiet, safe, neighborhood located two minutes from the new Falcon Ridge golf course. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD, phone, walk-in closet, double sinks, jetted bathtub and shower. The other bedrooms have queen-size beds, TV/DVD, phone, closet.
One bedroom adjoins a second full bathroom. The third bedroom adjoins a third bathroom with a shower. The living room has cable TV and DVD with built in surround sound. The two leather sofas will sleep one person each. There is a sitting room with two additional leather sofas that sleep one person each.
The sitting room also has a TV with a DVD player. (Makes a great kids' room.) There is plenty of room for full-size air mattress (provided). The living room has a glass door to outdoor patio with table, chairs, umbrella and a gas barbecue.
The back yard has a covered deck and sits directly on the 17th green of the Falcon Ridge Golf Course. A hot tub has been purchased and should be installed by March or April 2006.
The home is only five minutes from seven world class golf courses, including Wolf Creek and the Oasis. Mesquite offers four casinos, with live music, bowling, movies, buffets, restaurants, and spas. It is a one hour drive to Las Vegas, 30 minutes to Saint George, Utah, and 45 minutes to Lake Mead. The Valley of Fire, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and The Grand Canyon are also nearby.
$1450/week or $275 per night
