"CELTIC SPIRIT" is nestled in the BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS on 43 ACRES, where you may explore or simply relax in your rocking chair on the porch and listen to the birds chirp. Walk the manicured trails down to the NORTH TOE RIVER, where you can go fishing in the STOCKED river and catch a few trout or take a leisurely stroll along the 2/3 mile river path. The North Toe is a great place for swimming or putting your canoe/kayak in the water. There is a beach area with a sandy bottom, ideal for the kids, equipped w/picnic table and fire pit. From there you can look up at the rolling pastures and watch the cows and horses grazing. There are HAMMOCKS down by the river. Take a nap or just close your eyes and listen to the river cascading by.
A new cabin, "BRIGHID'S WELL," is tucked away among the pines where peace and solitude will embrace you. Sometimes life is pretty stressful and here you are free to let your tension melt away. You can make an appointment to have a THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE, REFLEXOLOGY, REIKI or maybe have an "AWAKENING" session to help refresh your body, mind, and spirit. Once you're feeling stress-free, it's only a short walk back to the cabin where you can continue pampering yourself by relaxing in the wonderful jetted garden tub.There is also a POOL TABLE for your entertainment.
We have added a 42' wide stone LABYRINTH down by the river, where you may walk and meditate; a perfect spot for contemplating life's journey.
Plan a weekend or longer getaway: alone, as a couple, or with a bunch of friends who want to get together. "CELTIC SPIRIT" is also a great place for a CORPORATE RETREAT or a day TEAM BUILDING with your staff. (Whatever excuse you can think of will work!) Our goal here at "CELTIC SPIRIT" is for you to return home feeling inspired and rejuvenated. Ask about our RELAXATION PACKAGES (cabin rental plus massage.) If you want to venture into Asheville to sample its culture and fine restaurants, it is only an hour away. Ski areas are 40 minutes north; you will find several resorts to choose from.

The lovely town of Spruce Pine is only 3 miles away. Where you can shop and eat at a number of unique restaurants and stores.
We are only 5 miles away from the Golf Course so if you need a day on the greens you won't have to go far.
