Quick easy trip from New York City or Philadelphia, under ninety minutes by car, one hour fifteen minutes by train to Trenton from New York City, twenty to twenty-five minutes from Trenton by car to property (Enterprise Rent a Car available at train). From Farm, Doylestown is fifteen minutes or New Hope/Lambertville twenty-five minutes. Milford, NJ under 10 min, Frenchtown, NJ under 15 min.

Museums, antiquing, restaurants, shops, all easily accessible to the property. Charming country location on over 16 acres in Nockamixon Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. A few minutes to Lake Nockamixon. This is a great romantic getaway or family gathering spot. The farm is situated on a country road, though close to major routes.

Our farm house is very private, secluded (neighbors are visible in the distance),four bedroom, two bath, plus living room and library property, large country kitchen. Books and Videos are provided in library. Fireplace in the living rm and library. The property has over 1750 square feet, with a terrace, rolling hill-pastoral views,
This fully-renovated farm house, has a renovated kitchen with convection oven/microwave, refrigerator with ice maker , washer and dryer, and two renovated baths (one with shower, one with tub-shower combination). The interior is decorated with a mix of old and new. There are multiple terraces with outdoor furnishings, a private landscaped garden (yours alone), outdoor dining with grill.

Frisby, bikes, charcoal, pet essentials (if needed) are all on the property. Maps, restaurants and shopping guides are provided (please leave for other guests). Breakfast basics and amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc., all provided for. Additional, specific items, such as, oven ready homemade dinner and/or wine in refrigerator, available with prior arrangement.

Pets are welcome with $125 additional deposit, refundable at departure. No Smoking in-doors please!
