The Egret is an exclusive private condominium located directly on Bonita Beach. Beautiful, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your fifth floor Lanai (there is an elevator!). Pristine white sand beaches extend for miles. Fort Myers Beach to the north and Naples to the south. On the horizon you can just make out Sanibel Island. All this directly out your door ON the beach!

Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, lanai, and living room. The living room has a large side window with great water views!
You can enter the lanai from either the living room or the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and large private bath. The guest bedroom has a King size bed and second bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a fully equipped laundry room in the Unit. WIFI included. Everything you need is furnished. Miles of white sand beach to explore while watching the dolphins swim. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets you’ll ever see. Just pack your swimsuit and come on down.
Our condominium is located on Bonita Beach just twenty minutes from Fort Myers Airport. Ten minutes from Fort Myers Beach and just north of Naples. We are located on the trolly line that goes to Ft. Southwest Florida has terrific shopping, dining, golf courses, sightseeing, and cultural activities within just a short drive. We have spent many Januarys in this condo & always look forward to returning. The area is not commercialized so its quite restful; this unit is updated & well maintained.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway.

About the owner: We bought our home away from home in 2004. We bought it because we love the area and wanted a place to call home when we are in Florida. We live and work in Minnesota. Both of our parents have had a place in Florida for many years. We love Bonita beach. It has more of a community feeling than a party zone and that was apealing to us. Also, not only is the beach right out our door but we love the fact that there are so many resturants and shopping areas so close to us. We never have to drive far to meet our needs.
