You can enter the lanai from either the living room or the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet, and large private bath. The guest bedroom has a King size bed and second bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a fully equipped laundry room in the Unit. NEW WIFI 2007. Our condominium is located on Bonita Beach just twenty minutes from Fort Myers Airport. Five minutes from Fort Myers Beach and just north of Naples. We are located on the trolly line that goes to Ft. Southwest Florida has terrific shopping, dining, golf courses, sightseeing, and cultural activities within just a short drive. Beach is right out our door and the views are the most beautiful you will ever see. Walking and biking paths that go for miles. Resturants and shopping very close by. On site management.
Great resturant located directly on the water next to the public beach
this is 4.2 miles from the condo. Many resturants, grocery stores etc located on this road. Leads to everything you would need.
Owner's Map of Egret
We bought the condo in 2004 as an investment. We also bought it because we love the area and wanted a place to call home when we are in Florida. We live and work in Minnesota. Both of our parents have had a place in Florida for many years. We love Bonita beach. It has more of a community feel than a party zone and that was apealing to us. Also, not only is the beach right out our door but we love the fact that there are so many resturants and shopping areas so close to us. We never have to drive far to meet our needs.
