Beautiful and newly renovated mountain lodge for large groups, corporations, family reunions, weddings, church groups, or clubs. We are a 105-acre ranch located on the Continental Divide. Green renovations include the installations of solar panels to allow us to soon be off grid. In addition to the other amenities listed below, we have two lakes on site with paddle boats available. During the winter, ice skating and hockey are possible on the lakes. We also have a regulation pool table and card room with many games available. If you have more than 20 guests, we also have campsites available alongside the Dolly Varden Creek. We are sorry, but no pets are allowed.

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin

We enjoy both outdoors and indoor activities. These include fishing from the paddle boats on our pond, pitching horseshoes, hiking/cross country skiing the 105 acres and winter skating on the pond, smores around the campfire, games and poker inside, and watching current sports/movies.

Wonderful family vacation spot!

My extended family (15 total family members, 8 kids and 7 adults) spent 5 nights at the Dolly Varden Ski Haus, and we all had a FANTASTIC time! Our kids, who ranged in age from 5 to 13, had a great time on the paddle boats and fishing in the ponds. We hiked the property, and had tons of activities available within a very short drive. Dale and Crystal couldn't be nicer or more accomodating, and the house is very well stocked. We had all the cooking utensils we needed, and cooked all meals at the house with the exception of one dinner. We plan to book another trip here someday - it was very serene, private and peaceful. Well, as peaceful as it can be with 8 kids. :)

16 of my friends and stayed at the house over New Years. The location is amazing for the price, there is no way you can find a place to house 20 people in Breckenridge for even double the price. It really has everything you need and more. The owners were great people and were very welcoming. We would highly recommend this house for any sized group.

Our stay at the Dolly Varden Ski Haus

After a much needed vacation, we decided we wanted to visit Colorado. We searched and searched where to stay and this house had everything all six of us wanted. We were surprised that there were no bookings for this house, and were leary on booking it ourselves, but the price was fantastic, the amenities were great, so we gave it a shot, and we are super glad we did. It is in a perfect area, there are houses down the street, but far enough away, the scenery is prettier than the pictures give it justice for. This house if FULLY stocked, it had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed. I would definitely stay here again. There is plenty of room for a large family. Not a far drive from Breckenridge. Also the owners were so awesome, and extremely nice! Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about our stay. I also took a lot of pics or our trip. Hope this helps! The ONLY downfall on this property is to get to all bedrooms you must climbs some steps. We had no problems, but that is just an FYI. Kerri
