Whether you favor lively activity or splendid seclusion, this Richmond Park lake-front villa in the gated Kingston Plantation has it all! The villa surrounds you in a home-like atmosphere filled with serenity, yet is located within walking distance (0.2 mile) of a beautiful private beach.
This second-floor unit features vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, bedrooms, living, and dining areas. Parking is in front of the unit. The villa sleeps eight, and has a full kitchen, three full baths, cable TV, high-speed internet access (complimentary), dining table, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a picturesque view of the lake, and a king-size bed.
The second bedroom also has a view of the lake, a queen-size bed, and a pull-out sofa. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a twin-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The living room has two pull-out sofas, a fireplace, and a sliding door opening to a cozy balcony, from which emerges a beautiful fresh-water lake with a variety of wildlife, such as, largemouth bass, black swans, snow white egrets, mallard ducks, and turtles.
Walk through shaded tree-lined paths edged with lush greenery, to the half-mile of white sands of the secluded beach. Swimming, sunning, beachcombing, or just relaxing is merely a stroll away. The Embassy Suites Hotel and beach are surrounded by an expansive pool complex, featuring lazy rivers, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and kiddie pools.
If you wish to pursue a more leisurely pace, you may fish in shimmering lakes, daydream while enveloped by the soothing sound of the surf, or sink into one of the nearly dozen aqua-blue pools.
Across from the villa is a $4.5 million dollar, fifty-thousand square foot Sport & Health Club featuring an outdoor junior Olympic pool, kiddie pool, and Jacuzzi hot tub, all surrounded by an expansive sundeck. For a nominal fee, the club also offers an indoor lap pool, racquetball courts, aerobics studio, nine tennis courts, weight training and cardiovascular equipment, sauna, whirlpool, and spacious locker rooms complete with showering facilities and towels. Rental equipment for your sport of choice is also available.
You do not even have to leave the Plantation for both fine and casual dining. The Embassy Suites' Azaleas Restaurant provides a variety of cuisines. The Nightwatch Nitelife provides refreshing drinks. The Caribbean-style poolside bar provides live entertainment under the sun, all in an aquatic atmosphere. Or you can just simply relax at home in the villa and enjoy the convenience of room service.
This villa is convenient to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer, including water sports, beachcombing, golf, tennis, music theaters, history tours, cultural amusements, fine and casual dining, dazzling nightlife, and extraordinary shopping. Tanger Outlet Center Hwy 17 is less than one mile around the corner. In particular, with many golf courses just minutes away, this villa is an ideal landing for golfers.

We had a great time here in Myrtle Beach. The weather was not all that great the whole time but it was still a lot of fun. This is a beautiful condo that you have and we enjoyed staying here. It was a wet early October, but somehow the ocean location of Myrtle Beach kept the rain away for at least a few hours each day. The temperatures were near 80 anyway, so no matter… so many things to do and always a wonderful time here at Kingston Plantation. We only stayed one week, but our three children felt right at home. The freshly painted walls and immaculate carpets and tile were very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit. See you next year!! Thanks for sharing your home. We loved staying here at Kingston Plantation in Anna’s beautiful villa. The villa is spacious and has everything we need for our stay. We enjoyed feeding the ducks daily (they love microwave popcorn). Also a squirrel visited our deck daily for bread. It is so peaceful and relaxing on the lake. Our oldest son (19) enjoyed the fitness center daily. And both boys loved the pool & beach. My husband loves Myrtle for golfing. We all enjoyed outlet shopping, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at The Beach, and the great restaurants. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and this is by far the best place we have been stayed. We will definitely be back.

The Campolattano family enjoyed a beautiful week here in Myrtle Beach. It was exceptionally hot all week but we had fun all the time! Dad had a great time fishing every day. Mom loved the beach and the warm water! The kids were out and about enjoying beach, water park, gym, etc. This is a lovely home and we were all grateful to have spent it here at Kingston Plantation. P.S. We also had great fun feeding the ducks. We think they recognized our voices by weeks end and couldn’t get to us fast enough, swimming and waddling! Our two girls and three grandchildren were on the go constantly with swimming, miniature golfing, shopping, dining, etc. The weather was great, 20 – 30% chance of thundershower daily – never dampened our outings. The condo is lovely and very comfortable – convenient to the health club, good view of tennis courts as well as the lake! Sorry to be leaving on a beautiful, bright, sunshiny day!
