Whether you favor lively activity or splendid seclusion, this Richmond Park lake-front villa in the gated Kingston Plantation has it all! The villa surrounds you in a home-like atmosphere filled with serenity, yet is located within walking distance (0.2 mile) of a beautiful private beach.
This second-floor unit features vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, bedrooms, living, and dining areas. Parking is in front of the unit. The villa sleeps eight, and has a full kitchen, three full baths, cable TV, high-speed internet access (complimentary), dining table, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a picturesque view of the lake, and a king-size bed.
The second bedroom also has a view of the lake, a queen-size bed, and a pull-out sofa. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a twin-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The living room has two pull-out sofas, a fireplace, and a sliding door opening to a cozy balcony, from which emerges a beautiful fresh-water lake with a variety of wildlife, such as, largemouth bass, black swans, snow white egrets, mallard ducks, and turtles.
Walk through shaded tree-lined paths edged with lush greenery, to the half-mile of white sands of the secluded beach. Swimming, sunning, beachcombing, or just relaxing is merely a stroll away. The Embassy Suites Hotel and beach are surrounded by an expansive pool complex, featuring lazy rivers, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and kiddie pools.
If you wish to pursue a more leisurely pace, you may fish in shimmering lakes, daydream while enveloped by the soothing sound of the surf, or sink into one of the nearly dozen aqua-blue pools.
Across from the villa is a $4.5 million dollar, fifty-thousand square foot Sport & Health Club featuring an outdoor junior Olympic pool, kiddie pool, and Jacuzzi hot tub, all surrounded by an expansive sundeck. For a nominal fee, the club also offers an indoor lap pool, racquetball courts, aerobics studio, nine tennis courts, weight training and cardiovascular equipment, sauna, whirlpool, and spacious locker rooms complete with showering facilities and towels. Rental equipment for your sport of choice is also available.
You do not even have to leave the Plantation for both fine and casual dining. The Embassy Suites' Azaleas Restaurant provides a variety of cuisines. The Nightwatch Nitelife provides refreshing drinks. The Caribbean-style poolside bar provides live entertainment under the sun, all in an aquatic atmosphere. Or you can just simply relax at home in the villa and enjoy the convenience of room service.
This villa is convenient to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer, including water sports, beachcombing, golf, tennis, music theaters, history tours, cultural amusements, fine and casual dining, dazzling nightlife, and extraordinary shopping. Tanger Outlet Center Hwy 17 is less than one mile around the corner. In particular, with many golf courses just minutes away, this villa is an ideal landing for golfers.

This was my first time spending the winter months of January, February and March in Myrtle Beach. I found the Villa and the whole Kingston Plantation to be delightful. The Villa is beautiful and the views of the lake are great. Always something to see. The layout of the condo was perfect. All three bedrooms are separated from each other and all with their own private baths...great for families or traveling with other couples. I look forward to coming back again next year!

This was our family's first trip to Myrtle Beach and we were quite impressed. The villa was spotless, well-furnished, and nicely decorated. We appreciated being on the lake, it was very tranquil, well-stocked with fish, and we enjoyed watching the ducks paddle along. The beach was about a 10 minute walk along a picturesque walkway. We add access to all the pools and hot tubs in the complex, and since we visited in mid-September, it was not crowded at all. We enjoyed the beach and the ocean. The water temperature was about 80 degrees, very comfortable for September. The Kingston Plantation development is very secluded, yet you're very close to all the amenities that Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's ideal for everyone: families, couples, retirees, and great for girls' & boys' getaways. There's something for every age to enjoy: the beach, pools, water sports, fishing, golfing, and shopping. There are also many good restaurants. Anna was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating. We had a wonderful time & definitely plan to return.

What a great place for a weekend getaway with friends. The place was clean and orderly upon our arrival. There was plenty of space so that we could retreat to our own rooms in the evenings. Being located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, we were able to experience the best of both worlds. The short walk to the ocean was well worth it. The pools available were gorgeous and the hot tubs were an added bonus. The view from the deck is wonderful, a great place to sit and enjoy your breakfast before starting out for the day. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all that you would need while you were there. It was a perfect home away from home for a group of friends or families with children. We will most definately be renting again.

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for 18 of the last 20 years. Of all the hotels and condo's that we have enjoyed, this unit is our favorite. It is so close to the major attractions and is a delightful stroll to the beach or pool. The resort has all of the upscale feel that you would expect to find at an Embassy Suites property. This unit is spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The owner responds quickly to reservation questions and makes check in simple. I simply don't think you can find a better vacation value.

We had such a great time. The villa was very spacious and with 4 girls thats a good thing. When we arrived everything was so nice and clean. We loved our view of the lake and 4 white ducks came to see us every morning. The pools were great not over-crowded. Shopping is very close. And the rental owner could not have been better to work with. She kept me informed and answered all my questions. She was great!!!! I highly recommend this villa

OMG it smells so good in here...these were the 1st words out of 4 teenagers. When we first walked into the villa it looked exactly like the pictures. Tastefully decorated. In fact, every room was painted like my own home. I could have moved in and been quite content. Much more than was anticipated. Very easy to work with the renter. GREAT VACATION AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Would totally rent again.

This resort has it all! If you love the beach, golf, shopping or a quiet nature retreat, check out Kingston Plantation. The owner is professional and courteous. The resort is impeccably maintained and the unit is spatious and comfortable. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend this villa to all--except for the week that we go!

We travel to the Myrtle Beach area at least twice a year and have stayed in numerous homes and condos. This has to be at the top of the list. The location was great, there are numerous amenities in the Kingston Plantation and the villa was in fantastic shape. It was very clean and quiet and the grounds were beautiful. We have three kids and there was more than enough space for all. It was just a short walk to the beach and having the tennis courts and fitness center right across the street worked out nicely. We were impressed.

We loved the Villa, it is spacious and very well kept. There was something for everyone in the resort and the kids had a fantastic time in the pools and the beach. Having access to the Hotels and their facilities is definitely an added bonus. We will be booking again!!!
