Wild Dunes is a beautiful, 1600-acre, private resort at the northern tip of Isle of Palms, just 20 minutes from historic Charleston, South Carolina. Wild Dunes has a beautiful, two-mile beach, wonderful bike paths, and world-class golf. Nearby to fishing/boating harbor, shopping, and many restaurants.
Our deluxe, air-conditioned, Shipwatch, oceanfront villa is a two-bedroom, two-bath, elevated first-floor villa with a spectacular oceanfront view. Our unit was completely renovated in June 2007 and new carpet throughout installed March 2009. Shipwatch villas have a beautiful oceanfront swimming pool and playground equipment within view. Walk right out to the beach! Four out of five rooms have direct ocean view.
When you rent from us, you receive on-island check-in, linens, free use of the Shipwatch swimming pool and playground equipment, and free WiFi Internet connectivity. Bike and beach furniture rentals are available.

Thank you for a really great Christmas getaway. The property is lovely -- beautiful beach views, lovely amenities, very well-supplied kitchen. After enjoying a wonderful lunch and tour of Charleston, we parked the car on Christmas Eve and never got back into it until check-out three days later. We strolled the beach, walked up to the restaurant one afternoon, and simply enjoyed a holiday haven. I hope we'll get a chance to come back again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

If you are looking for a place where you can sit in the living room and watch the ocean this is it. Nicely decorated, wonderful location, great master bedroom & bath. We stayed here 3 years ago and had the same experience. This year they have changed to AT&T U-Verse which provided several programming options. My wife loves to sit on the balcony and read when she is not walking on the beach.Owner's pictures are accurate but do not do the place justice. We definitely plan to come back to this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Your villa was the perfect accommodation. Beautifully furnished and what a view!! I would watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning.
