Only one flight of stairs takes you to this beautiful home away from home, roomy two bedroom, two full baths condominium located in the family friendly Shore Drive Area. Just a short two block walk puts you on the beach for swimming, shelling, sunbathing, and water sports. Recently the smoke-free condominium has been remodeled and refurnished completely.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, master bath and cable Color TV/DVD. Sliding doors to private balcony. Guest bedroom has cable Color TV/DVD, a queen-size bed and twin bed connecting to large main bathroom which is accessed from the hall also.
The family room has a queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, two wicker chairs, one additional chair and 27 Inch TV/DVD. French doors open to rear screened porch with table and chairs. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the family room.
A washer and dryer is located in the unit. A wet bar is near the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with CD player, linens, china, toaster, blender and array of cookware. Dining room with seating for six along with three bar stools at counter.
This unit is centrally heated and cooled with a heat pump. Front screened in porch with table and chairs for additional relaxation. Outdoor Pool with large sundeck. Indoor Heated year round Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi with connecting outdoor deck for additional sunbathing. Outdoor showers, grills, and picnic tables on property.
With just a short walk is Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Grill, the Apache Fishing Pier and the Straw Market which has a sub shop, beach wear shops, grill, convenience store and ice cream shop. Available with a short drive are grocery stores, a variety of great restaurants, amusements, aquarium, cinema, live theater, and many golf courses.

* Renters must be a minimum age of 25.
* No pets, motorcyles, or trailer are permitted on the property.
* Security Deposit of $200 and a signed contract is required.
* Linens can be provided at an additional charge upon request.
* Weekly rental rates include departure cleaning.
* Check-in is 3:00 P.M. and Check-Out is 11:00 A.M.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. However, it was'nt as clean as it should have been. It is decorated nicely. Is convenient to the indoor pool, which is a big plus. Very eay to get around from that area. Hope we can go there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
