  This is a well appointed property with a fabulous outdoor living space. Our group spent a great deal of time in the backyard pool area and we loved it. The home is a good size and the 5 of us slept comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two rooms have full size. I would suggest perhaps upgrading those to queen size for a bit more room in those spaces for two people. The owner was accessible for our needs by phone at all times. You will need a car if you choose this location if you would like to go into downtown PS. This was a great relaxing weekend for our group.

  Owner response: Thanks for the feedback. We've been renting our home for 8 years and the bed sizes have never been an issue. But now a couple of people have mentioned it, you tell us and WE LISTEN! We're getting two new queen beds! So keep an eye out for the updated bed sizes in our listing. Coming soon!

  This house was amazing! It is clean, very open, and has a fabulous pool and hot tub in the back yard. It is very close to the airport and the main downtown area of Palm Springs. The owners of this house are very easy to work with and quick to respond. I would not hesitate to rent this house again, the next time I'm visiting Palm Springs.

  We were a group of six young ladies with hopes of getting away for a weekend to celebrate a bachelorette-like weekend for our dear friend. We rented this house based on the other positive reviews you're reading, which thankfully were all true, and the affordability! The house was clean, appeared recently remodeled, smelled like new, and was simplistic and beautiful. But that wasn't even the best part... The pool and the spa made us jump like little girls! The layout is spectacular, the water was refreshing, the BBQ was perfect, and the scenery was beautiful. I can't say enough good things about our weekend. We had an absolute blast! The owners made the transactions easy-breezy and smooth. We would do it again in a heart-beat. (Side note, the beds aren't as big as we had expected [except for the king], but that was ok because didn't spend much time in them.) Overall: Amazing and unforgettable.

  Best overall house we have rented in PS. Wind free and close to Demuth Park for early morning walks. The highlight is of course is the backyard Oasis with heated pool and hot tub which worked flawlessly. Our group was four adults and that seems like the right number. When we were not out exploring PS golf and other attractions, we spent most o the time at he house chilling by the pool and floating on the noodles we bought. A pool toy box would be an added bonus :). Hillary was easy to work with and would love to stay again on my next trip to PS.

  Just returned from a girls weekend trip to this beautiful location. The listing description was accurate as this location is perfectly placed close to the airport but not enough that you can hear airport traffic. The pictures are accurate enough except that the view is MUCH MORE beautiful with the mountains offset from the pool area. We spent most of our time in the pool and this was by far the cleanest pool we have used while renting a proprety from VRBO. Hillary was great! We accidentially set the alarm off on our first evening out and she called us right away and helped walk us through how to reset it! We will definately be coming back!

  My family and I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed every second. My husband is big into modern homes and he really enjoyed the lay out, bathrooms and the fact the kitchen was really open. (we spent most of our time around the island drinking, eating and laughing and of course the pool!) The pool!!!! Ok first off, the backyard was really a hidden oasis. In the morning we all met in the hot tub and listened to the birds sing, then we literally laid in our floaties we bought in the pool ALL DAY!! The other really cool thing is each bedroom has there own sliding glass door to the pool. We come every year and this was our first time renting a house. We really loved it! Thanks to Hillary for all your help, you were so nice to work with!!!! Heather & Sam Allard Seattle

  We needed some extra bedrooms for our family visiting us in Palm Springs and we found that and much more at this VRBO mid-century. Arrangements and communications with owners went smoothly and efficiently. The house is just right for a relaxing stay, nicely equipped and furnished yet casual and comfortable. We loved the super private and beautiful back yard pool and spa and dining area. We had a senior that uses a walker as one of the guests and she got around beautifully and appreciated the accessible bathrooms. We are hoping to use the house again later in the year. This home and it's owners epitomize the ingenuity that is VRBO!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our month there. Backyard (pool and Jacuzzi) is terrific and we practically lived there. We also liked the fact that it was close to the Park and Golf course, where we can go for a walk/run/bike.

  We stayed for a month at this beautiful property. The photos accurately portray the lovely setting. The pool area and landscaping are gorgeous. We were close to Demuth park, which was fabulous for our 2 dogs. The house is very convenient to downtown, bike and walking pathways, golf courses and stores. Despite being in the middle of a city, it was quiet and private. I would definitely recommend this to others and hope to come back again and again!

  This lovely home is well located, close to everything! Like some of the others here, we were a little worried that the airport noise might bother us, but the owner is correct. We never heard any airport noise! This was a quiet oasis for us. We got up and did our yoga stretches by the pool early every morning, then collapsed into Lounge chairs with our coffee. Then it was off to walk around downtown, run out to Indian Wells, or just go sightseeing in general! Only five minutes from the airport, and near all the shopping you will need. The pool and hot tub just make it feel like you have your own resort/spa, and the fireplace is cozy. We would definitely rent this home again. Hillary is awesome to work with!
