Recently remodeled, with all the contemporary amenities to enjoy in your home away from home. Situated on the southeast part of Lake Hartwell, where water traffic is limited, and quiet and peaceful days are the norm. Spend the day on the lake, and the nights on the huge 16 foot by 32 foot deck on the back of the house featuring ample seating areas, gas grill, two dining tables, and digital music from the satellite dish. The house has hardwood floors in the living areas, with a brand new kitchen and dining room. The den features two comfortable sofas, a large fireplace that runs the width of the room, and a home theater with surround sound. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a seating area to relax and read a book or just watch TV. The kids’ bedroom features two hand-made pine bunkbeds, with a TV for the kids to watch videos or play video games. The third bedroom features a queen bed. The basement has two large couches, game tables, and a complete home theatre system. (Bring your own projector, and you can watch DVD’s on the four foot by ten foot screen!). The eight foot by sixteen foot dock has room to dock two boats, and go swimming, sunbathing, or whatever water sports you prefer. If you need more space, inquire about the companion house next door.

Additional Fees for Pets: $75 Surcharge.
Pet Refundable Security Deposit: $75.
$100 Cleaning Fee. $450 Refundable Security Deposit
