Spacious and modern, open concept 3500 square foot, 4 year old house in Campbell Valley Park area of Langley, BC. Enjoy a beautiful home in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.
The top level of the house features a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, 2 bedrooms with single beds, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full bathroom.
The main level of the house features living and dining rooms, eat-in kitchen, TV room, and powder room.
The lowest level is at ground level and features a recreation room with a pool table, queen size futon, and a 2 piece bathroom.
The backyard is large and fenced in with a playground for children.
The back deck has a hot tub and patio table.
The deck off the kitchen features a BBQ.
Easy and convenient access to downtown Langley, Surrey, and Vancouver. Quick 15 minute drive to the popular seaside community of White Rock, BC. Only a 5-10 minute drive to the USA border crossings (Pacific Highway and Peace Arch). Our family stayed in this house last week of August. We were very pleased with this house. House was very clean, well maintained and is located in very peaceful neighborhood. This house had ample supply of day to day use items, made us feel as we were in our own home.

The house was Amazing!!! The surroundings were also beautiful, made us feel like we were in the country, even though all the big box stores are just 10 minutes away! They thought of everything!!! I will stay here again if I need to!!!

Beautiful Home, Comfortable Family Holiday
We were pleased to see that this house is just as described and looks just as it does in the photos. It's new, well maintained and is in a peaceful location with great views over the fields. The owners are friendly and answered our questions quickly. Our children loved the play set in the back and all of the toys that were left for them in the rec room. This home is like a peaceful, beautiful retreat with everything you need for a comfortable get away. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will be booking again in the future!

A $500 security/damage deposit will be collected and is returned within 1 week of the end of the rental period.
Please return the rental agreement and the fees within 3 days of receiving the contract in order to secure your reservation.
Once you contact us with your interest in renting our property, we will send you the rental contract.
1/2 of the rental fee is due at the time of the reservation in order to secure the booking.
Once we receive the signed rental contract and the first payment, the booking will be confirmed.
The final 1/2 of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to the first day of the rental period.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Reservation changes are negotiable, it depends on availability.
All rates are quoted in Canadian funds.
Rental fees are non-refundable.
Additional guests may be approved, up to 12 total guests. Approval must be obtained prior to booking. An additional guest fee of $20 per person per night will apply.
