We offer spotlessly clean and well-maintained accommodations. This large home is situated on a wooded, half an acre (double lot size) with a gazebo. It comes with a large deck, a spacious living room and dining room combo, with screened porch off dining room, and a large brick fireplace.
A large kitchen with counter space. Electric heat with individual controls in each room, including bathrooms. On the top floor there are three bedrooms with a king size bed and two queen size beds. Includes a computer room and a TV room with a game console. This modern house is fully furnished and decorated. "NO SMOKING HOUSE AND NO PETS."
Beautiful all year round home in the Pocono Mountains. Located in Tobyhanna, ten miles north of Camelback ski area. Secured gated community with two lakes, two pools, tennis and basketball courts, two clubhouses with entertainment; bingo, dancing, exercise room, breakfast, movies. There is a beach, marina; paddleboats, rowboats and canoes, also stocked lake for fishing. (All included).
Camelback is nearby for skiing, snowboarding and tubing. In the summer they have a large water theme park and the alpine slide.
A POCONO COUNTRY PLACE is a unique community surrounded by state game lands that affords you the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife. You can frequently see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, skunk, turkey, woodchuck, and occasionally bear, coyote and bobcats. In the trees you can spot blue jays, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, chickadees, and orioles. Near the lake you can also see beavers, geese, mallard ducks, mergansers, blue herons, loons, snakes, and fish. Take some time out of your schedule and enjoy the bounty of wildlife that exists in this private recreational community.
Tobyhanna State Park right down the road, offers fishing, boating and picnicking. New outlet stores near by for great shopping (The Crossings). Great restaurants, horseback riding and snowmobile. Home is 15 years old, in great condition and clean. Call for more details.
