Our condo unit is located in the Tampa, FL area right on the Gulf of Mexico at the quiet, southern most end of Treasure Island’s tropical Sunset Beach, just West of St. Petersburg and North of St. Pete Beach. You will enjoy sitting on the 11th floor wrap around balcony where you have multiple breathtaking views in all directions, especially the West and South. If watching sunrises and sunsets, listening to waves, and smelling fresh sea breeze are what you had in mind for your next getaway, this is the unit! The interior is the ultimate in Florida beach luxury and comfort and was completely remodeled in 2004. It features only the finest furnishings and includes everything you need. It’s the perfect place for any occasion - whether it’s spring training baseball, a family vacation or the romantic get away that you’ve been putting off. The comfortable living room has a leather queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, 65” wide screen HDTV with surround sound, DVD player, CD player, stereo, and full length sliders leading to the wrap around balcony. 80’ balcony to the west and 30’ balcony to the south. The famous Skyway Bridge can be seen from the living room!
The gourmet kitchen is complete with cherry cabinets, corian and granite countertops, leather captains chair barstools, stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Coffee maker with grinder. Essentials include all required stoneware, glassware and cookware.
The computer nook in the kitchen is fully wired. Although we realize business may be a low priority while on vacation, a phone line for dial-up internet and a fax machine are available as it becomes absolutely necessary do business. Just bring your laptop and you’re all set. Long distance service not included but calling cards can be used.
The master bedroom has a king size mantle bed, CD AM/FM stereo, lighting system, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and full length sliders leading to the west balcony
The 2nd bedroom has two double beds and is tastefully decorated . Full length sliders leads out to the south balcony. This view is awesome in the evenings with all the lights to the along the intercoastal and St.Pete Beach.
The tropical setting and many accommodations make the Mansions by the Sea complex worthy of reputation. Full time security is provided and accommodations include include covered parking, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, heated swimming pool (no lifeguard), game room with pool table, ping pong and foosball. Boardwalk allows walking along the beach and the intercoastal.
