Two bedrooms, two bath, third floor unit in the middle of a three building landscaped low-rise complex featuring an oceanfront covered balcony overlooking the pool, Singleton Swash, and Dunes Golf Course.

There are two pools, two picnic tables, outdoor showers, six barbecues, gated parking with a security service, washer and dryer facilities on the first floor of each building (quarters), pool/deck chairs, and spectacular views, sunrises and sunsets.

The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, queen-size bed and a twin size bed, ceiling fan, alarm clock radio, cable TV, large closet, dresser and mirror, and private door to the covered balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, large closet, and dresser.

Kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, utensils, table for six, a bar for two to three, and a storage room/pantry.

The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, two papasan style chairs, halogen lights, ceiling fan, cable TV, VCR, cassette player and radio receiver, Berber carpet throughout unit, and sliding glass door to the covered balcony.
