Great place for a weekend or a week

I had the opportunity to use Elegant Charm for the 2012 New Years holiday weekend. It was a great place. We spent a lot of time down town bringing in the New Year and enjoyed the crowds and party. The chalet is only a few miles from downtown on the mountain overlooking Gatlinburg. You can be there in minutes but it seems like a world away. It was so nice to be able to be downtown, have a great dinner, wander around the town, then jump in the car and be a place of total peace and quiet in only a few minutes. The rates are comparable to what you'd spend on a decent hotel room, but this really is a home away from home. If you divide the cost between two couples or what you'd spend to accomodate a small family, the deal is incredible. The Chalet's layout gives everyone total privacy. There is so much more room to stretch out and relax. Everything is so comfortable once you have relaxed on the couch or into one of the big arm chairs you really don't want to get up. I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else. I will be back. Dale S Johnson City, TN

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the appropriately named "Elegant Charm." The owner, Stan, is very customer service oriented who makes certain all your needs are met. The chalet is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully supplied to fulfill your every desire while vacationing in the scenic Smoky Mountains. If you want a place that has it all; location, luxury, relaxation & caring owners, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Me and my family just returned from staying at elegant charm, and it truely was, it was so beautiful at this chalet, we have two little girls ages 6 and 7 and they loved it and the hot tub... it was a great place for some R and R.. we will diffently return...thanks so much for be such a blessing to my family..

This is our second stay at a Pace retreat. They are excellent to work with and the Chalets are beautiful. We love Cottage Gardens because of the location and having a pool on-site. This chalet is gorgeous and we would be inclined to rent it again. I do have a wish list...DVD player (we rented 7 movies and couldn't watch any of them...I forgot to check the amenities, and maybe updated televisions. These are very small requests and by no means complaints! We love this place!

Oh Man what can I say... Elegant charm is absolutly great. We stayed New Years week 08. The condo was by far the nicest of the many places we have stayed in Gatlinburg. We stayed at Elegant Charm June & July of 2007. Enjoyed it very much, the feeling of elegance starts when entering the unit and continues with every room. Mornings were spent on the wrap around porch listening to nature and occassionaly seeing a deer or bear nearby. This is a quite, peaceful place for a relaxing vacation. Having the pool table and hot tub are a plus, on those days when you want to just relax and enjoy some time away from the shows and activities in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed this unit very much, gave you a home feeling. It was also good location for visiting area attractions.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! WE WILL GLADLY BE BACK NEXT YEAR OR MAYBE SOONER. YOU WILL BE HARDPRESSED TO FIND A NICER PERSON THAN STAN, HE IS A CLASS ACT AND THE PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE.

Comment Text: What a Great Place, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the breath-taking views. We were very impress with how clean and upscale everything was. This is the ONLY way to enjoy the mountains of east Tennessee. So much better then a cramped motel room. Far enough away from the crowds and noise of the "strip" but still close enough to be convenient. thanks for a wonderful stay. we look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Elegant Charm on Feb. 16-18. The cabin was so BEAUTIFUL !! We loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoyed the pool table as well. The cabin FAR exceeded our expectations !! Everything you needed was right there... untensils, washer & dryer, tv, full size fridge, pool table, hot tub, pans, dishes, dishwasher and much much more. What more can you possibly need ! The bed in the master bedroom was HUGE and I loved that there was 2 bathrooms. The assortment of brochures was a nice touch, it gave us plenty of choices of entertainment, places to eat & shopping ideas. The scenery around the cabin and in the surrounding area was breath taking. It snowed while we were there and the view was gorgeous. We would highly recommend your cabin to others. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay in your cabin !!! We look forward to staying with you again in May.
