This newly built home by renowned architect Dale Naegle is a delight for the senses inside and out. The location is perfect for those who enjoy leaving the car in the garage as everything is right out your front door where you will find La Jolla Shores beach and Kellogg Park, shops, restaurants, kayaking, swimming, surfing, biking and hiking!

Inside you will enjoy a delightful ambiance created with an abundance of windows, a multitude of balconies, bamboo hardwood flooring, soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchen/bar area with granite countertops, spa-like master suite, rooftop view deck and surround sound stereo throughout. If you must attend to business, the home is completely wired for high speed computer connection in many of the rooms. In fact, it makes an ideal property from which to work and play, by the week, month or season!

The heart of the home is a light-filled living room/dining/great room with french doors to a lovely patio on one end and the gourmet kitchen/bar area on the other making for a great place to relax, entertain, cook and visit. The great room features an enclosable television and VCR/CD/DVD player with surround sound, a gas log fireplace, dining table with comfortable upholstered chairs and black leather furniture and DWR bar stools. For those who like to cook-out there is a separate patio off the dining room with a gas grill.

The large master suite with king bed is a wonderful retreat unto itself featuring a fireplace, armoire with TV/DVD player, spa like master bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet and patios off both the bedroom and bath.

Completing the main level of the home is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. Upstairs you will find a sitting room with full-size leather couch/sofa sleeper, game table and armoire with TV, stocked with paperbacks and games, too! Here you will also find another bedroom with queen bed and another bathroom. There is an ocean view balcony off the sitting room and then for a really great escape and awesome 360 view there is a rooftop view deck (and yes, the surround sound speakers are there, too).

      This is my the first year to rentout this home. I have tried to make the home truly a home. I enjoy the Watkins spices, soft towels, good quality sheets, colorful everyday dishes, mixer, coffee grinder, press pot, coffee pot, stereo throughout the house, and the large balcony above the street. There is a new gas grill on its own balcony. I love the way this home opens and has balconies off most rooms.
