Upon entering the condominium community you will see the luxurious clubhouse. You can choose from the many activities the clubhouse facilities provide.
The clubhouse sets steps from the condominium with a swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center (includes multiple pieces of equipment), two pool tables, a racquetball court, tennis courts and a computer with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AOL access.
Free morning coffee, an outdoor cooking area and other refrigerated beverages are available there.
This condominium is approximately 1,400 square feet and furnished. The unit is located on the first floor and has two full bathrooms (one being a master bath).
The kitchen has granite counter tops with modern appeal including all appliances (microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator). The laundry room is private and equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen, dinette area and living room have ceramic tile. The remaining rooms have carpeting. A screen in porch with landscaping to provide privacy.
The condominium community is conveniently and quietly located just blocks from the main road. The local area is away from the heavy traffic areas. The community is well situated such that going a mile or two in different directions will place you in a different scenic setting from a large nature preserve, to a beach with a picturesque park or the fine dining and shopping areas of the main town.
