Beautifully redecorated and refurbished, two bedroom, two bath Villa in Mesquite Country Club, Palm Springs, California. This Villa is like a private home with a yard and private patio in the back. This very quiet Villa is on the ground level with no other units above. There is a new 32 inch Stereo TV with DVD and Surround Sound System in the living room, and Individual TVs with DVDs in both bedrooms. The Villa has a very well equipped modern kitchen with a range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The Villa also has a Full-size washer and dryer.
Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom had a new pillow-top King Bed with large vanity sink and full bath. The second bedroom has a new queen bed with a second full bath just down the hall. Both bedrooms have private decks. There is a new sleeper sofa in the family room.
The Villa is in a gated community and is 5 minutes from airport and downtown Palm Springs.
