The price that we will quote you includes all taxes, pool heating costs, pool cleaning costs, house cleaning costs, handyman on call, high speed internet connection, cable tv, Gas grill use and there are no extra hidden fees. Everything is included in the per day rate.
Our home is licensed and inspected by the state or Florida for safety compliance and we have the latest, electrical (not battery operated), child-proof, pool safety alarms required by law. We are proud to announce that we survived Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne, so far without ever losing power or water.

Our guests do not mind answering your questions either. I am also a proud, verifiable supporter of the "Make a Wish" foundation for terminally ill kids and their families.
