Tastefully decorated in an airy southern style, this new villa is the perfect place to enjoy a coastal vacation. With all the amenities of home, this ground floor condominium features cable television on 3 tv's as well as a DVD and VCR player. High speed internet access is also available. There are two full bathrooms with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. You can relax all day or spend the day out, the beach is just a 5 minute walk away with a children's play area right by the beach. The rental comes with 1 hour of free tennis a day at the adjoining Port Royal Racquet Club. The living areas have new wood floors and the bedrooms have new carpet installed.
Outdoor activities close-by include: access to Port Royal's three golf courses including Pete Dye's "Robber's Row" and the Port Royal Racquet Club.
New: Living room TV has been upgraded to a 50" HDTV. Also comes with a computer and broadband internet access for the internet junkie.

This is a beautiful condo with a great location. Very well maintained by owners. Quiet, first floor location with easy access to pool, tennis or beach. The large screen TV and the very comfortable beds, make this a hard vacation spot to leave. The owners are very helpful and easy to work with. We have thoroughly enjoyed two visits to this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at CR205. The Sorianos provide all that you will need for a comfortable stay. Thank you for the card and flowers to help us celebrate our 25th anniverdary. We will definatley give you a call the next time we come to the island.

This is a beautiful condo in a very quiet and private location. It is on the NE side of Hilton Head close to everything. about 20 minutes from Harbor Towne. Golf course is about 5 minutes. All you need for the stay is food and drink, all else provided, even an internet connected computer and big screen TV. We were very happy with our weeks stay.
