This is the third year we have stayed in this home and have been well pleased every year. Steve is very helpfull in every way, always supplying us with clean towels when needed and fixing any problems that popped up. The house is always clean and neat, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend these accomodations to anyone wanting a great place to stay for their trip to Branson.

This spacious cabin was very clean and conveniently located between Silver Dollar City and the public beach and water access for Table Rock Lake. The owner personally called to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and to drop off fresh towels for our second day. We have stayed at other cabins on Indian Point, but they do not compare when you consider the space, cleanliness, and amenities like two full baths, washer/dryer, and well-stocked full-sized kitchen. We hope to go back later this year.

This place was great. Very nice 2 bedroom cabin, very clean and location was the best. Right down the road from Silver Dollar City, and only minutes from the strip. The view was nice, only a short walk from the banks of Table Rock Lake. Steve was very hospitable always looking after any need we had. Every morning we had fresh towels if needed and the trash was hauled away for us. My sister in law had forgot to pick up coffee and Steve was kind enough to go get her some. I will definitely make this my go to vacation spot. Thanks Steve!!!!!!!

We stayed at the Savannah May 9-13; the owner Steve was wonderful to deal with. He picked up any trash daily as needed and would exchange bath towels too; when the ice maker acted up, he promptly got a bag of ice and put it in the freezer for us. The king bed was comfortable, the large walk-in closet (with light) was great and the shower heads in both bathrooms were divine. Plenty of dishes/glassware/flatware as well as cookware and utensils. Paper towels, tp and dishwasher detergent were provided; there was also a dish drainer, dish soap and a scrubbie under the kitchen sink. Coffee maker and toaster are also in the kitchen for anyone wanting to make coffee or toast. Nice Weber kettle on the back deck; we grilled steaks one evening on it-you need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Table and chairs on the back deck and in front of the house so any guests can sit outside and watch the world go by. The sofa and chairs in the living room made watching the flat screen tv easy and comfortable. The central A/C kept the house nice and cool; the ceiling fans in the living room and dining room kept the air moving. The house telephone had free long distance which came in very handy since my cell phone (AT&T) had sporadic service. Plenty of brochures about Branson were in the living room table drawers along with a phone book. Very nice place to stay; if we come back to Branson again we would definitely stay here. For anyone going to Silver Dollar City, it's just minutes away; Branson is about a 10 minute drive and you pass the Shepard of the Hills theater along the way. Steve is an attentive property owner and it shows.

My wife and I and her cousin and his wife stayed here in March, 2011. We drove from Michigan and they drove from Texas. What a great experience! Less than the cost of a hotel, ability to cook our own meals when we felt like it. A 5-minute walk to overlook the lake and a 10-minute drive to downtown Branson.

Very nice. Will definately come back again. So close to Silver Dollar city which was very nice. Everything we wanted in a house. So much better than renting a motel room. Pictures are exactly what you see when you get there. Can't wait to come back again.

My family of 5 rented this cabin for a weekend. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of towels. It is was close to Silver Dollar City, we could hear the train whistle! Branson West is very close, which is perfect for avoiding the traffic on 76! Great place! Highly recommended!!

We rented the cabin for 5 nights from June 12 to the 17th. The cabin was clean and well supplied with towels. The AC works great and there was no stortage of hot water for showers and loved those big shower heads, going to buy some for myself. Steve was always asking if we need anything and resupplied our towels and picked up the trash every day. The internet work great after a little slow start. The cabin was quiet and cozy. When we arrived I went to pay Steve and he told me that he would catch up with me the next day sometime and I could pay by check or credit card. The only problem we had was the coffee pot. It was as slow as watching paint dry. 45 minutes to brew a pot, but we lived through it. I just made my wife make the coffee, cause I was on vacation!!! This was our second VRBO rental this year and we have had good experiences with both and we are looking forward next rental somewhere.
Owner response:Clyde and Brenda, Thank you for your business and taking time to write a review. Wish you had mentioned the coffee pot brewing slowly. Just read your review and we will have a new coffee pot in the home within the hour. The McGinness Family

Spent a week in this cabin. Very clean! Spacious rooms, great floor plan. Steve could not have been more accommodating, always inquiring if we needed anything. He even let us use the washer and dryer next door after the previous renters had vacated. Trash pick-up and clean towels every day. Easy access to Silver Dollar City without having to go through Branson. And, the lake is just a short walk away.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the log home. Have been vacationing in Branson for 30 years and this is our favorite place of all. The pictures do not do this place justice; it is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Far enough to be away from the madness of Branson, but close enough to be on the strip in minutes. Will be back this summer!

Three of my friends and I stayed in the Savannah cabin from November 13-15, 2009. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! We got up every morning and could relax and talk with our coffee and bagels because there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The deer showed up in the early morning hours - so peaceful and content. We brought food and our clothes and needed for nothing else. We knew that Steve was close and available but we didn't even actually get to meet him. We just spoke by phone. This cabin is clean, quiet, and serene; we will definitely go back to the Savannah again.

The log home was wonderful. We loved being away from the hustle of Branson but close enough too. We enjoyed the back deck and watching the deer early in the morning and late in the evening. The house was very clean and fully furnished. We will definitely book "Savannah" again for our next Branson trip. Thanks Steve and Ryan for having such a wonderful "home away from home". My husband and I spent 2 nights in this charming log cabin. The only thing we would change would be to have stayed longer. It was homey and comfortable and Steve was a gracious host. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. As a matter of fact; we enjoyed it so much I have booked this cabin for 2 more visits this year. Steve; thanks again for your hospitality and providing us with a great place to relax.

Just Got Back From Branson,Mo, spent one week relaxing on Indian Point at a place called Our Place ran by Steve & Ryan McGinniss. The place is called The Savannah. It is a log cabin, better than most of the hotels we have been in, all you need to bring is your food. If you want a real nice place to stay out from Branson and real close to Silver Dollar City, only about 8 or 9 miles from downtown Branson shows, contact Steve & Ryan McGinniss. If you like being out away from the hustle and bustle of town, The Savannah is the place to stay, look out the back door in the evening and early morning, see the deer, hear the birds sing and enjoy the peace and quiet. Steve is real close by and all you need do is give him a call if you need something. If we ever get back to Branson anytime soon we know who we will be calling. Thanks Steve & Ryan for the best 25th anniversary place to stay you could want , the place was fantastic and you could not want for anything, everything was just like you said, clean and furnished just like your home away from home. Thanks Steve for a wonderful stay at the Savannah Log Cabin at Indian Point. The cabin was very clean and the fresh towels everyday was a plus. Steve brought us fresh peaches and let us use the washer and dyer next door in his other cabin before the next quest arrived. It was nice to leave the crowded streets of Brason and go to a quiet cabin!!! Thank you.

My husband, family, and I stayed in the Savannah Log Cabin at Indian Point. I found this cabin to be very neat, clean, and well maintained. The host/owner lived across the street and was very available when we needed anything. At the end of our stay he brought us several fresh tomatoes. I would highly recommend this cabin because of its cleanliness and being so close to Silver Dollar Silver.

My sisters and I stayed at the Savannah for a week and were very pleased with everything about it. A nice restaurant is located down on the point and a general store up the road with sandwiches and pizza. The owner, Steve, always checked to see if there was anything we needed and brought clean towels, etc. every day. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Steve, for a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it. Diana, Nicky, Carla & Jane Illinois, Alabama and Massachusetts.

The cabin was extreemly nice for our family get together. We have been coming to Branson for about 10 years, and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Even with the hot water heater problems that we had, just made it seem more like home. We will definitly be coming back!
Owner response:The pop off release valve discharged and we replaced the hot water heater immediately.

We enjoyed our stay in the Savannah. We are actually looking for property down around Table Rock, and this was a great out-of-the-way location. We didn't have to fight the traffic of 'The Strip'. All the amenities of home. And the owner was available and so nice! Location to Silver Dollar City is the biggest plus! NO TRAFFIC. Thanks for a great stay.

We have never taken the time to comment on any place we've stayed before. But everything was so perfect in the Savanah. To start with the owners requested we go the cabin and unwind and relax without the hassle of having to go through check-in process. The view of the lake off the back deck is panoramic in itself. But was even more with the deer we enjoyed watching over coffee the first morning out on the deck.Inside of the cabin is so relaxing and romantic and quiet you would think you were in the middle of the forest. The 2 minute drive to Silver Dollar City was EXTRA special without the hassle of all the heavy traffic and waiting. The owner was very helpful in directions and advise of local shows and attractions. Thanks for EVERTHING!

We stayed in The Savannah during the 2nd week of July for five days. It was very warm in Branson that week and the house was pleasantly cool. It was also very clean and since the owner lives across the street, we had access to additional linens or anything else as needed. We rented a boat slip directly across the street at Tablerock Marina which was very convenient. We would definetly rent this property or the adjoining one again.
