1 bdrm + den on the 5th floor overlooking the small courtyard which is very quiet and peaceful. Lake across the street. Master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious living room, pull-out sofa.; a T.V. Great but.

Unit was great. Access to the facilities and check in process could be improved. The building itself was like a maze. So many doors like a puzzle. No AC in the parkade, not good. Noticed alcohol and food consumers (within 3 meters) by the pool. Security was around sometimes. Some guests were playing ball (American football) in the pool beside small children. Rules weren't followed. Didn't see any enforcements being applied.

It was alright

We stayed here at the beginning of July for a week. The owners were great in answering questions and very accommodating when booking. The unit itself was fine. The kitchen was well stocked which was comfortable for our longer stay. There were also plenty of towels and sheets. The den did have a pull-out couch but it made the room very tight when extended. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a bit of an issue upon arrival. I had called the owners promptly to advise them of some of the concerns. There were definite signs that the cleaning company either did not tend to the unit after the previous guests left or did a fast clean and missed a few key areas. Either way, we had to do some cleaning ourselves. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in Kelowna.

Great Stay, Great Place!

I rented this condo with my wife and 2 small children while I was working in Kelowna for the week. The balcony looks over a quiet courtyard that was nicely shaded and perfect for cooking. The suite was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you'd expect for a rental suite. The building itself was nice, parking was easy and the staff friendly. The location is fantastic for both adults and kids. The beach is very close and offers lots to do. 9/10, would definitely stay again.

Great Unit, Disappointed in Cleanliness

My wife had booked this unit based partially on previous reviews that included comments indicating that it was clean. We arrived at the unit after the cleaners had supposedly finished their work to find little evidence that the unit had been properly cleaned. The two of us spent the first hours of our vacation wiping counters and tables, sweeping floors (they had not been washed in some time judging by how black our feet got), cleaning the tub walls, toilet and sink in the bathroom. I am a handy kind of guy and managed to unclog the bathtub drain (a huge hairball) after my wife had to slosh around in shower water up to her ankles. To be fair, upon hearing back from the owner later in the week, we were offered a cleaning service, however by that time most of the work had already been done by us. A discount of an unspecified amount was offered for next year, and while we appreciated the gesture, our plans are not yet made for next summer. Since we did the majority of the cleaning, and even solved a plumbing problem, I expressed that I felt it was fair that our bill be reduced at least by the amount normally paid to the cleaners, and the owner's offer to compensate us fell short of that modest measure.

Kelowna family vacation

Beautiful condo, clean and spacious. One bedroom and a second den with pull out couch for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. There was a nice balcony with our own bbq. About a 5 min walk to rotary beach which was a nice beach, never too busy lots of trees for shade there as well. Gyro beech was about a 15 min walk. There is a large common area in the complex which would be great if you are travelling with many people and multiple families are staying in the same complex. This area can be a little busy around dinner time with some noise- kids playing etc, but it cleared out by 9 most nights. I would recommend this spot to anyone and would stay again if we go back to Kelowna.
