Nestled in the desirable Upper Riviera, this unique custom built contemporary home invites you to enjoy its special charms. As you begin the trip up the driveway you will pass large boulders, citrus trees, and the vegetable gardens. Picture waking up in the large master bedroom with the birds chirping, and the world at peace. This room has a queen size platform bed and gas fireplace. You can relax on the leather chaise to read, and enjoy your morning coffee. Or just gaze out the 9 windows for delightful views. The two bedrooms are carpeted, whereas the rest of the home has slate floors which bring color and texture throughout. The master bathroom is unusually spacious. It has a ceiling glass shower with a bench for relaxing during steam showers, will relax you. The shower easily accommodates two. If a bath is more your style, there is a two-seat jet spa tub. Big mirrors reflect two sinks and you. The commode is in a separate chamber. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, antique dresser, slider to a small patio with en suite full bathroom. The kitchen has dark granite counter tops contrasting with the maple cabinets. This is all illuminated by creative fixtures and accented by stainless steel appliances. The view from the double sinks captures city lights and the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook may desire. From the kitchen, stroll out the sliding door onto the large front patio.
