The house is perfect for summer activities. It is located in Incline Village, Nevada in a nice residential area within walking distance of town and the beaches. There is a bike path through the Village which connects to my neighborhood just down the block. There are three parcels of BLM land behind my house so you enjoy plenty of open space.

The Hyatt and three other north shore casinos are within a few miles. Incline has her own private beaches and boat ramp. We also have two 18 hole golf courses, tennis facilities and a recreation center with an indoor pool. (Another outdoor pool is located at one of the beaches.) Many hiking trails surround Incline - including the Tahoe rim trail and the Flume trail.

The home itself has two queen-size beds with down comforters. A hot tub on the deck, a large yard and deck area give you the privacy to enjoy the outdoors in the pines.
