Gorgeous, luxurious, two bedroom, condominium "villa" in the private Porto Bello Resort in Puerto Aventuras on the Mayan Riviera. Large, covered, second-floor private patio with jaccuzi and stunning views overlooking the Marina. Daily maid service included in the rental price making this a real vacation.

Beautiful, white sand, palm tree-lined beach is a couple minute walk away along the canal and dolphin pools. Fresh beach towels provided daily. The Porto Bello Resort has a beautiful private pool overlooking the marina and main canal.

Our "villa" is located in the resort village of Puerto Aventuras 50 minutes south of Cancun Airport and ten minutes south of Playa del Carmen. The resort is centrally located on the Mayan Riviera, close to many Mayan archeological sites and tourists attractions.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full marble bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and its own marble bathroom. The living room has a queen-size sofabed and is beautifully furnished. The living room sliding doors disappear into the walls to open the living room onto the large, covered patio making this a spectacular setting.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and food shopping is very convenient with Sams Club, Walmart, and local food stores available nearby. Fishermen boats dock in the marina in front of the resort, literally below the balcony, supplying fresh fish twice daily. There are several restaurants in Puerto Aventuras and more restaurants and night life in Playa del Carmen, a ten minutes drive away.

The quality of the facility and the setting makes this a perfect vacation destination. We invite you to come and enjoy the mexican hospitality. Transportation from the Cancun Airport to the villa can be arranged for a fee if required. Please contact us for more information.

The Omni Hotel, located on the beach of Puerto Aventuras with its beautiful beach, pool, restaurant and beach bar service are open for use by condominium renters for a fee that is fully applied toward any food and drink purchase at the hotel.
