Modern interior design, plenty of light in every room, all with the sea view and opening onto a big terrace and the swimming pool (8mx3m, 1.20-2m depth). Terraced garden of 300m² in a residential and peaceful area just a few minutes from St Jean Cap Ferrat and 30minutes from Nice International Airport.
