This fabulous, three-story home in Summer's Edge has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home at the beach. Come enjoy the absolutely breathtaking, oceanfront views from all three decks and bedrooms, too. Surround yourself in the lavish, West Indies, professionally designed decor as you relax in any one of the den areas, one on each floor. After indulging in the glorious vista, you can walk out of the door and right onto the beach access.
The location is premium as the pool is just a few steps away as well. You will be just a couple of blocks from top rated restaurants, but if you would like to prepare your own catch of the day, you will find everything you need in this fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fine granite counters. And if you prefer fine linens and high quality towels, you will feel right at home here. So come be our guest, where you can lay back on the sun deck, take a deep breath and say, "Hallelujah! it's Sunset in Seagrove!"
Sleeping arranagements are one master bedroom with attached bath on 1st level with Kingbed. Second bedroom on first level with attached bathroom and Queen bed. Third bedroom on first level perfect for children with casual play area and stylish bunk beds. The main level of the home has a fourth bedroom, also a master bedroom with King size bed and attached bathroom. There is also an additional 1/2 bath ont he main level. The third floor contains a pull out sofa bed. There are two port a cribs in the house with crib linens and blankets.

Close proximity to the beach (less than 50 yards) and to the pools (both less than 25 yards) as well as the unobstructed views of the Gulf. Seagrove Beach, and particularly Summers Edge, is a very family oriented destination where safety and cleanliness are ever present.

Great location, but a disappointment

Spacious and close to beach, but very disappointed with maid service. Upon arrival, house had pet hair in every room (despite the 'no pet' clause) and with 2 babies crawling around for 7 days, it was a mess. As a result of excessive cleaning needed from previous renters who brought pets without owner's knowledge, we were without bath mats and comfortors for entire week. So, we had to wash towels daily since we needed these for bath mats also. Master shower was very slow to drain, - so showers would filled like a pool of water. Don't plan to use the sleeper sofa - mattress very flimsy and thin. Owner was very nice and quickly responded to texts/ emails, but overall this house was not worth the $$$ we spent for our first family vacation with our 2 young children and extended family. Summers Edge a great neighborhood, though.
