Expansive views of the Sunriver Meadows Golf Course and Sunriver Meadows are seen from the living room, dining room and master bedroom of this outstanding Sunriver home. From huge decks, golfers can be seen on the approach to the green and the green of Hole Five and the tee on Six. Fairways of two additional holes are visible in the distance.
A large lawn surrounds the decks giving ample room for children's play and games. The snow-covered golf course and meadow are beautiful and serene in winter frequently offering cross-country skiing just off of the deck. Deer, squirrels, raccoons and coyotes will probably be seen.
This 2800 square foot home boasts massive beams and vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room and all bedrooms. All rooms are spacious and furnished for your comfort and convenience. Antique summer and winter sports items and Mike Capser wildlife prints are included in the mountain decor. Grandmother's five-leaf oak table seats 10 comfortably in the open dining room. Double ovens and extensive counter space in the family kitchen make "culinary bonding" by multiple cooks a pleasure. Small appliances include a mini-processor, griddle, electric mixer, waffle iron, coffee grinder, electric frypan, blender, espresso machine, coffee maker and others.
BEDROOMS: One "king" master suite on the main floor. One "king" master suite and one "queen" bedroom on the second floor. Additionally,the massive pool table room on the second floor (parent "sanity saver" room) has TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system with CD. Two twin beds and a trundle set (a total of four twin beds)in the pool table room. Queen sofa bed in the livingroom.
Use the various sizes of bicycles on 35 miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver. The equipment includes a toddler trailer and tag trailer. Ping pong table in the double garage. Plan on using the 17 foot aluminum canoe in the Deschutes River only a fourth of a mile distant.

What a wonderful home! Lots of privacy and a feeling of really being in the woods, and yet so close to everything. You don't even see another house from the wall of windows in the living and dining rooms - - only the meadow and mountains, and, of course, the golf course fairway and green. The wonderful touches you have in every room show what care and fun have gone into making a spectacular house into a home where visitors feel so comfortable they can't help but feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with every possible utensil and cooking need that even the most elaborate cook will be impressed and surprised. Hope to return soon and bring our children and grandkids to enjoy this very special place. A perfect get-away for a big family - - but also for just two.

I did receive the receipt - thank you. We're usually pretty active when we are over here. But waking up to the golf course and meadow view. . . well it just seemed like a good idea to be leisure. So it'a fire, a guitar cd, a book for my wife and a newspaper for me to get the day started. We are really going to enjoy our time here.

This was a great find! We loved how well the kitchen was stocked. Better than any other home we have rented here in Sunriver. Everyone in our party and those that came to visit were equally impressed. Loved the two fire areas (wood stove/kitchen and fireplace/LR)! Loved the sofa in the breakfast area! We would love to stay again!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We have rented here (Sunriver) since October 1971 and your home is THE BEST! We appreciate the wonderful view. So many homes over the years have lost the wide views they first enjoyed.A huge coyote chorus at 2AM was fantastic! Again - many thanks for sharing this great spot and we would love to get on the list for next year.
