This cabin is located on 260 feet of sand beach on Lake Michigan on a wooded one-and-a-half acre secluded lot abundant with deer, eagles, and other wildlife. Hummingbirds, songbirds, chipmunks, and squirrels frequent the bird feeders which can be viewed from the screened porch or through the windows of the cabin. This property is a portion of 660 feet of beachfront on five-and-a-half secluded wooded acres which contain three cottages.
In the yard are a child's playhouse, a log swing, a picnic table, lawn chairs, and a fire pit on the beach. The lake depth is gradual, so it's perfect for small children or dogs to play in. There is a badminton set for use in the yard. This cabin is adjacent to VRBO's "Lake Michigan Cottage" and "Lake Michigan Chalet".
The living room features a wood-burning stone fireplace; wood is supplied. There are two couches, a satellite TV and VCR, a game table, and a dining table for four in the living/dining room. The kitchen, which overlooks the water, is fully supplied for cooking and baking, including some staples and spices.
One bedroom has a king bed; the other features bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. A crib, port-a-crib, and high chair are available upon request. All linens are provided. The capacity is four guests.
The shelves are filled with games, books, videos, and puzzles; just pack your clothing and groceries and come for an quiet, relaxing vacation. |
