Our luxury Condo is located in the beautiful Oceanfront Villamare Complex. This unit is conveniently located close to the pool, beach, and fitness room and is loaded with every comfort of home! We have many happy guests who return every year!
Features : Two bedrooms, plus one queen sleeper sofa in living room. French doors to master with one king-size bed. Vanity in master bedroom. Second bedroom with two queen-size beds. Microwave/small refrigerator and table and chairs in the second bedroom.
Two full bathrooms with extra large soaking tub. Attached blow dryers in both bathrooms. Iron and ironing board. Three TVs. Balconies with views. Complete dining room table seats six (also two stools at the kitchen counter). Full kitchen. Washer and dryer. High chair and pack-n-play. All linens and towels provided.
Our Condo is updated, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It is light and airy with the South Carolina sun peaking in through the bay window. It perfectly accommodates couples, friends traveling together, and/or families. We do have a keyless entry lock so you won't have to worry about "who has the key?!" and we now have wireless internet!
We love the convenience of being able to quickly come and go from the beach! Why rent close to the beach when you can stay at a complex ON the beach?!
We own this unit only so it receives our full attention. We are particular about cleanliness and employ a reputable cleaning company to ensure your complete satisfaction. A complete spring cleaning has been completed and we are ready for our 2011 rental season!
You will also be impressed with the Villamare Complex! The grounds of Villamare are gorgeous-they are lush, landscaped with tropical plants including ponds and fountains throughout. It has an exercise facility with an indoor heated pool (and jacuzzi) in addition to the outside oceanside pool (and jacuzzi). Also, newly added features includes exercise equipment in the health club and a kiddie pool for the little ones to enjoy!

Seven years ago, we were in your position: pouring over seemingly thousands of vrbo listings trying to find the perfect place to stay during our Hilton Head vacation! We stayed in #3128 and loved it so much we bought from its former owner! We had looked at many Villamare units for sale but truly preferred the convenient location and the decor of this unit with its cool color pallette and beachy feel.

We have made every effort to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests while staying in our unit. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, we have premium mattresses on our beds, and we employ a reputable, Christian cleaning company that wants you to be absolutely impressed with the cleanliness of our unit. We have many repeat guests and we'd be happy to provide you with references!

We loved your condo! It was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. We had all we needed to make it home away from home. The condo was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We especially liked the health club, pool, hot tub and the beach being so close. We highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will be back again!

We just spent a wonderful week in this villa. It is more beautiful than the pictures depict with all the comforts of home. We appreciated that you included all the necessities for the week. We loved the nautical theme in the kitchen. The owners are very accesible if you have any questions. It is a lovely and spacious villa that is very clean. It certainly exceeded our expectations and we hope to return next year! Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

The location was great! Could walk to the large swimming pool accomodated with many lounge chairs or to the beach in 2 minutes! Kitchen well stocked for fixing meals in. Very clean- and when we needed extra sheets for the sofa bed- they delivered promptly! The grounds are beautiful, well manicured. We've stayed at Villamare 5 years now- this was our first time at this particular condo. Owners very kind and easy to work with.

This is a fantastic place for vacation! The condo is immaculately clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies for all your needs. It's just seconds away from the beautiful beach, pool, and health club, but is in a quiet corner of Villamare where you can sit on one of the two balconies and enjoy the view in privacy without too much noise from the pool. Palmetto Dunes (the larger resort that Villamare is within) is beautiful and has places for renting bikes and canoes to explore the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, too. Be sure to check out the Sea Shack, a hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the Island, for the best fresh sea food at low prices! Also take time to plan a day trip to Savannah. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this property if you are planning a trip to Hilton Head! Being right on the beach is so nice! You'll want to come back again and again.
