Come and enjoy this ground-floor unit of a lakefront complex which gives you a beautiful view of Shuswap Lake from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Just walk out your patio doors onto your deck and onto well-kept lawn which becomes an outdoor extension of your living room.
You have an unobstructed view of the lake... to your left you will enjoy the charm of the variety of boats and sailboats moored at the Anglemont Marina. To your right you will see the buoys and boats of owners in the complex, with the mountains in the background at the other side of the lake. Peace and tranquility are all around. It is an amazing place with a truly fabulous view.
In the evening the complex is well lit with moonlight and lamp posts. There is also a community firepit lakeside, where you can share in the campfire experience.

Weekly Rental .. $1,095.00/week (seven days).
Check In 4 PM Saturday/Sunday;Check-Out 10 AM the following Sat/Sunday.
50% of Rent is required to complete the booking; balance due 30 days in advance.
A Refundable Security Deposit equal to two night's rent ($312) is required.
If you cancel any time, payments (less 1 night's rent)are refunded if re-rented.
Cleaning fee of $75.00 waived on stays of over 5 nights.
Payments accepted by Personal Cheque, Bank Draft.
Off Season Rates available upon request.

The condo is wonderful, the weather was perfect and it was great to see all your neighbours again. It is so hard to leave Paradise. Have a great year. We hope to be back again in 2009... Thank you for the use of your cozy condo. I aopreciate the kitchen being well equipped and the kids enjoyed the DVD's and games. Many pluses - lakeview, steps from the lake, comfortable grass to suntan on plus easy access to shade!

We had a wonderful time - the condo is so well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen accessories! The lake is beautiful, the weather was great and the neighbors were so friendly. We even found the pie lady! Sure hope we can return next year.
