Kona Vacation Homes is your destination if you desire privacy, have a family or want a laid-back vacation. These luxury homes are for you. Each house is located on a secluded one-acre, tropically landscaped lot in a quiet, readily accessible, quality Hawaii neighborhood with a panoramic view of the Kona coast. Our homes provide everything you need to feel at home. The accommodations are clean and spacious, and invite you to sprawl out and relax. Mornings in Hawaii are a thing of beauty. Enjoy that first cup of coffee and fresh fruit from the orchard on the lanai that overlooks the beautiful Kona coast.
The homes are Mediterranean style with stucco siding, vaulted ceilings and tile roofs. They are newer, fully furnished, one-story homes containing 2160 square feet, including the lanai. Each home has a master and two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a full bath, while the guest bedrooms feature a queen-size bed with either one or one-half bath. Also, the couch makes into a queen-size bed.
The kitchens are large and fully equipped for gourmet cooking. There's an outdoor BBQ for grilling pool side while watching the beautiful sunset. A large dining area accompanies the kitchen and there is a lanai that is perfect for pool side dining.
Each house has a 16 by 32 foot swimming pool that overlooks the rear orchard and Kona coast. For your enjoyment, the orchard has a wide variety of fruit trees, including bananas, citrus and papaya. The pools are private by the design of the homes, screening trees and flowers.
Our homes are professionally cleaned after your stay so you can enjoy your last moments of vacation. Should you require housekeeping during your stay arrangements can be made with our cleaning service to check up on you.

Low Season ... $200/night up to 6, each additional person is $20/person/night.
High Season .. $250/night up to 6, each additional person is $20/person/night.
Discounts for week, 2 weeks or longer stays depending on season.
Plus Hawaii GET and TAT taxes.
$200 one-time cleaning fee (up to 6).
$300 refundable loss, damage, breakage and extra cleaning deposit.
