Welcome to our Green Valley Ranch Vacation home. Located across the street from the famous Green Valley Ranch Hotel, Casino and Spa. Only minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. Whether your stay is for pleasure, business, action or relaxation, your Green Valley Ranch Vacation Home will treat you to an experience that is truly close to the action, but a world apart.
Located in Henderson off the beltway, your Vacation rental is next to the casino which offers eight great restaurants, the famous Whiskey Bar, and a brand new addition, the District, featuring over 40 fine shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Also on site at the Green Valley Ranch Casino is a pampering Spa, and a multiplex movie theatre. You can get from Green Valley Ranch to the Las Vegas Strip in about 10 minutes, but you might not want to, everything you need is already on location right there, just steps from your Vacation Home.
Your Vacation Home is newly decorated. It offers three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a park adjacent to you home away from home. So relax have a bar-b-que or walk across the street to dine at one of the many fine restaurants offered.

Our experience with this home was wonderful in every respect! Green Valley Ranch and The District are a walk away, but the home and it's courtyard are very quiet and private. Due to the height of the wall surrounding the courtyard, one can have the shades open and still have privacy and lots of natural light. The floorplan of the home is excellent in that there is a bath seperating each of the 3 bedrooms. The great room is very spacious and the leather sectional with lazy boy recliners on each end is perfect after a day of walking. The master suite is quite spacious even with a CA King bed. The furnishings throughtout the house are very nice. Each bedroom and the great room has a nice TV with satelite pickup of music and hundreds of stations (we loved it after several months of Dixon cable on Roatan). A very nice Whole Foods Market is very nearby, which supplied many of our dinners as once we returned of a day of shopping or touring we were not inclined to go back out. There is another regular market nearby as well. But again after months on Roatan, Whole Foods was a real delight. While having coffee and emailing in the morning, I enjoyed watching the neighbors do their morning exercise tour/stop at the playground seen from the kitchen window. I had forgotten the joys of a dishwasher; full size washers and dryers and a garbage disposal and 100s of music and TV channels and GREAT shopping. Nearby shopping includes a Nordstroms Rack. There are a huge variety of restaurants nearby. Probably the best part was the communication with the owner. She always responded promptly and provided specific information. We were provided with the codes to the community gate and that to the house right prior to our arrival and all worked perfectly. We arrived late,; found the house and gained entry without a hitch. I also had forgotten the joys of a garage. We spent 2 weeks in Las Vegas. The main reason for our trip there was to attend the Realtors' Convention at the Sand Convention center. Because of the expense of the travel we extended our stay for a week prior to the convention which is when we stayed in this very comfortable, pleasant home. My husband had insisted on staying at a nearby hotel during the time of the conventrion, but he was as reluctent as I to pack up and move to The Mirage for our last week state side. This hotel has spacious rooms and many amenities but it was not nearly as comfortable as this home. By the time we walked from our room to the convention center we could have almost driven the distance from the house in Henderson and saved the wear and tear on our poor feet. None the less, Las Vegas is quite the distination with many, many things to do other than gamble. In fact we did not drop so much as quarter into a slot machine. We saw two Cirque shows (now we have seen 5); I dressed up wearing my Grandma's mink stole and had lovely evenings enjoying ourselves. We took in the tours of Hoover Dam, Red Rocks Canyon, Boulder City, Liberace Museum, Stratosphere, and much more and there remained things that I still wanted to do. The parking garage next to MGM is free and for KA set back aways. Had a great experience and highly recommend this property.

- Pet Friendly : We welcome your little ones as well. This home is designed to be have low allergen levels. I have asthma, while it is mild, I have to keep these things in mind. The hard wood floors in the master bedroom, as well as tile throughout the living room, kitchen and dinning areas areas make for a well kept and clean environment. If you did not know we were pet friendly, you would not know that our little friends had stayed with us.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : The property is a single story home. There are no stairs in or outside the home. The home does not offer special additions for a handicapped person, but it is very manageable.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : Since there are no stairs this home has easy access for a person in a wheel chair. My uncle and cousin are both wheel chair bound and have no difficulties navigating in or outside this home.
- Kid Friendly : Gated Community Park outside your front door. Walk to the community pool and water park. Library and amphitheater with shows, just one block away! If you do not want to go into the casino you may go to The District and visit places such as Ben and Jerry's ice cream, there are over 40 upscale shops at The District so the choices go on and on. A movie theater in the GVR casino, as well as Feast Around the World Buffet an All-You-Can-Eat Extravaganza of culinary delights, The Original Pancake House, Villa Pizza featuring a menu of pizzas, pastas and other classic Italian favorites, Panda Express quality Chinese food, Fatburger is 24 hours a day, if you're hungry; they're open, Dreyer's old-fashioned scoop shop with a wide variety of ice cream. Here is a little history of our family. Prior to taking over the family business I was a professional Hollywood stuntwoman & Vice President of The Stuntwomen's Association of
Motion Pictures and Film
During my stunt years, I founded The Women in Film Stunt Committee and started up another company called Stunt Contact.
I am pleased to say that those years were a time of wonderful experiences, but I am also glad to have completed my career as a professional stuntwoman
and have now planted my feet firmly on the ground. Instead of leaping from buildings, racing around in cars and a whole lot more.
I am blessed with a wonderful family. My husband is Slawek Kielbasinski,
& we have two wonderful boys. My husband is a perform and has been worked on The Las Vegas Strip for many years. One company he worke for was Cirque du Soleil.
