Let me begin by saying 'thank you' for reading my ad! Next, let me tell you that you are going to love staying in my beautiful home! You simply will not find a better house in the Hampton's for the price...
By now you probably would like to know the details, so here they are:
-3 bedrooms -2 newly renovated full bathrooms - central air conditioning (very comfortable!) - pool - secure and secluded, fenced in yard (kids and dogs are safe!) - newly renovated 'beachy' den/great room - stainless steel kitchen appliances - washer/dryer - Weber BBQ - beautiful back-deck with very nice deck furniture and lighting - new couches - modern updates (home furnishings, knick-knacks, framed pictures, blinds, etc.) - new plate ware, flatware, pots, pans and all the kitchen tools you could need - fully stocked with linens and towels - fully stocked with bathroom tissue and paper towels, plus all the cleaning tools, detergents and general home needs you would expect to find in an established house.

The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and simple. They aren't the fanciest rooms in the house as I've invested more into the 'common' areas, but beginning summer 2014, each bedroom is updated and equipped with overhead ceiling fans with lights.

The house is in a secluded, family oriented neighborhood. Respect for our neighbors is very important. This means driving to the house slowly and carefully, observing quiet hours and behaving in a manner consistent with a respectful, peaceful neighborhood both in and outside the house.
A $750 Security and $150 house keeping fee is required.
Utilities are included for SHORT TERM rentals.

About the owner: Hi! My name is Marc and I am 40 years old. I am the proud owner of the house you are considering. A little about me: I am a high school teacher for the New York City Department of Education and I work in Brooklyn.
During the summer, I spend my time on Long Island, (mostly in the Hamptons) where I am a waiter at a fine dining restaurant in Southampton. If you decide to rent from me, you will be happy to know that I am always nearby should a rare issue arise.
If you should become a regular renter, you will see that I put the rent money right back into the house! I make updates annually! In the last two years alone I have renovated a bathroom, a living room, and den and replaced all the flatware, silverware and linens.
Best of all, I am a kind, considerate, and understanding landlord. I take excellent care of my tenants and exceed to all reasonable requests. You will find me to be a pleasure to deal with.
