The sunrises from the Marbella unit are truly awesome! This oceanfront condo is one of the finest on St. Simons Island. You will not find this quality or luxury anywhere else at this price. Take a short walk (approximately 2 or 3/10 of a mile) to the King & Prince, Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, or Chelsea Restaurants for dinner. Walk to the SandCastle restaurant in The Pier for breakfast.

St. Simons Island has been a popular vacation destination since native Americans shared the rich bounty of these islands hundreds of years ago. They were here when Oglethorpe arrived from England to settle Georgia as the 13th colony in 1733.
Today the landscape looks much the same, with moss-draped oaks, shady lanes, and beautiful marsh hammocks - a gorgeous habitat for birds and a wide range of other wildlife, from turtles to armadillo and even deer.
The Pier Village is one of the Island's historic areas. Near the lighthouse and playground, you will find specialty shops, boutiques, and excellent restaurants along Mallery Street, in addition to other island shopping areas, be sure to try them all!
What should you bring?...Beach items such as toys, beach towels, chairs, etc. and the desire to have the best time of your life.

*Deposits are not part of the rent and will be refunded in full within 3 weeks of departure provided there is no damage to unit. *Rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. *Cancellation within 30 days of reservation warrants forfeiture of deposit. *Check-In: 3:00 pm. Check-Out: 10:00 am. *Cashiers check, personal check, money orders, cash, Mastercard and Visa (Paypal). *You must be 25 or older to make a reservation. *Please do not play loud music after 10:00 p.m. *To avoid an extra cleaning charge, you must wash dirty dishes, remove all trash and leave the property in a neat condition. *Telephones do not have a long distance carrier. All long distance charges must be charged to calling cards, collect, or third party. *Please keep garage door closed and use my spaces (1002) only. *To lock the back doors in the unit, lift the handle up and then turn the bolt. Instructions in door-jam if needed. *Directions can be obtained from Mapquest, the property address is 1002 Beachview Drive, Saint Simons Island, GA 31522. *Please do not feed birds from balcony. *Please leave thermostat fan in the "auto" position at all times. (upon check-out raise to 80 in warm months and lower 60 in the cool months). *Your stay is not booked, until you have recieved written confirmation. |
