This property is a two-bedroom fully-furnished condo located on the sunny north shore of Shuswap Lake, within walking distance of the community of Scotch Creek. This property has all the comforts of home plus a few luxuries you may not have at home, including a pool and hot tub.
The main level includes a bedroom with queen bed, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with natural gas fireplace, flat screen TV and BluRay player and a large balcony with barbeque and dining area. A washer and dryer are also on the main level.
The upper level includes the master bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom, flat screen TV and BluRay player and walk-in closet.
The condo is perfect for young families as it is adjacent to Shuswap Lake Provincial Park which offers picnic areas, trails, interpretive center and boat launch.
Scotch Creek has many amenities including mini-golf, paddle boats, Segway tours, rafting and boat rentals. There is also golfing at Anglemont Estates and a spectacular winery in Celista, both just 15 minutes away. Scotch Creek also has a number of local artists offering everything from pottery to stained glass and paintings. And of course there is the Copper Island Pub, with a great patio for a relaxing meal and a beer.
